I came to this store after reading yelp reviews. i live in little neck so it was not the closest at&t store. but it is certainly the BEST!!! after a nightmare experience with verizon, shem seamlessly helped us switch all our lines. he was smart, helpful, efficient, professional and most of all, caring. he followed up every step of the way. and it wasn't an easy switch. 3 lines in different parts of the country, and it was a wonderful experience. so happy i listened to all the other great reviews. shem deserves every single one of them! read more

My father used to say "If IF's and BUT's were candy and nuts, everyday would be Christmas" There are absolutely no IF'' nor BUT's about the customer service one receives at the AT&T store on Metropolitan Ave. Putting aside the great pricing and full suite of phones and accessories, I can't help but focus on just how sincere Shem, the owner is in assisting his customers. From the first time I walked in with my rapidly aging Blackberry switching to an Android platform, wham! Contacts and all necessary folders synced. Since then I've bought a few flip phones for the many non tech family members, phones and cards I bought in a pharmacy that I spazzed out and couldn't activate, wham! Done. Each time I've been inside, Shem and the customers are interacting at a level unseen in retail in today's complicated and stressful world. Joking, laughing all while grabbing telephones phones, cell phones and providing tech and customer support, Shem's a dynamo and will assist anyone at anytime with most any issue. When you pass the stores along Metropolitan Ave, its easy to differenciat by outward appearance and signage, but few can compare with what's going on, on the inside. read more

After switching from T-Mobile to AT&T due to a Costco promotion, we encountered a porting issue with our H2O line. Despite seeking help from both Costco AT&T sales reps and the Corporate store at Queen Center Mall, the issue remained unresolved and our frustration grew. As a last resort, we reached out to the store and received exceptional customer support from Mr. Shen. Despite not purchasing from his store, he went above and beyond by staying late after closing time to assist with our porting issue. He promptly addressed the problem, providing a solution that left us completely satisfied. His commitment to resolving customer issues in a timely manner was truly commendable. Thanks so much Mr.Shen!! Really Appreciated your help!! read more

Shem was great..service outstanding.. knowledgeable and experienced. After a terrible experience at another AT&T and a quick google search I found this ATT in Queens, their reviews were great so I took the trip from the Bronx. When I arrived I explained my situation and Shem patiently listened and walked me through my current bill and what exactly I was eligible for. Shem made sure that all of my information was quickly shifted from one phone to the other. I walked out with an amazing iPhone 11 Pro Max. While there I also purchased a case. Very satisfied will always come back - Thank You! read more

Shem is a gem! I have been a loyal AT&T customer for almost 20 years and this was the smoothest experience I had. Shem followed my lead and was able to give me everything I needed in my new phone. And he did it effortlessly. He knew that updating my new phone would take some time and suggested that if I had errands to run to do so. I really appreciated that because I was STARVING. So I was able to kill two birds with one stone. Just a great experience. Plus he knows everyone in the neighborhood so it's a good sign when numerous folks say hello to him from the street. read more

This store was amazing. Small compared to other AT&T stores, but extremely polite and very helpful. And plenty of stock of the NEW and HOT items. Very pleased with the entire experience. You guys were awesome. Thank you both Shem & David. :) read more

Great customer service. Helped me purchase a phone for my moms. Never felt rushed and answered all my questions and concerns.

I went to the At&t store on continental first because it is actually a lot closer to home for me and let me just say...that store is filled with rude &obnoxious people (so you guys will be getting a negative review next!) however, I decided to stop by this location instead and not only was Shem super helpful and nice, he was willing to take my trade in even thought it was missing the back battery cover. I went in to buy the iphone 6s plus but he did not have any in stock so the ONLY disappointment I had was because I had to wait another few days for my phone. It was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday but when I didn't hear anything from the store to come pick it up, I called Shem and he was nice enough to track the package for me and told me the phone would arrive the following day. Wednesday comes around and when I went to pick up my phone, he was able to transfer my contacts for me but given I had a lot of stuff in my phone it said it would take 3 hours to transfer everything...even though I am supposed to give up my old phone when I receive my new one..Shem was nice enough to tell me I can take my new phone and the old one home with me to upload everything on to my computer &I can just bring it back to him when I am done. Due to the fact he was so nice and offered that option to me, I made sure I did everything that same night &brought the phone back to him the next day because I did not want to inconvenience him..I would have to say he is the nicest person I've ever dealt with when it comes to at&t in store reps. I will definitely be going to Shem for any further services or purchases, thank you so much Shem! =) read more

Shem is the best cell phone representative I have ever encountered. My husband has been using him for his AT&T phone for over 7 years and me being a Verizon customer who had awful issue with my new iPhone X (it totally crashed and went black! Wouldn't turn on or off) was helped by Shem without even hesitation. He could have easily told me he couldn't help me or to go next door to Verizon but he didn't. He not only helped me he fixed my phone! I know that when it's time for a new phone I'll be going to Shem and switching over to AT&T read more
