They said it would take too long and they couldn't help us because we didn't get our account through them. That was a HUGE lie because we drove up the street to a different store location and the customer service was night and day they helped us regardless wether they got a sale or not and they were happy to help. Evy and Jessica need to be retrained ASAP. I don't usually leave negative reviews most of my reviews are positive. I tried every troubleshooting suggestions and nothing worked. I went in to ATT and Saad helped me. He was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and yet personable. Knew what the problem was and started working on fixing it. Unfortunately during the process of fixing it, while trying to put a new eSIM card on my phone, an outage in the area happened and he was not able to do much for me. He gave me a suggestion which I followed when I had WiFi. I called customer service and was assisted by Annie. My phone was fixed, at least on WiFi until their coverage was resolved. Returned at 1:45pm and another note is taped to the door saying "Be back at 2:30." Wtf kind of business are they running here? Either hire enough people to cover for breaks or don't claim to be open during your posted business hours.
