I go and the guy charges me $10 for the replacement screen when I question this he says it's for the new screen then he tells me he doesn't install them. When he goes to bill me out the computer screen says $10 for screen protector installation - total scam. I question this and he blows me off. I call ZAGG customer service and I'm informed because the Kiosk is privately owned this is the level of customer service you will receive. Just order it through ZAGG, pay the shipping since you have to install it yourself anyways.

I recently visited zagg store Paramus mall NJ to replace my screen protector which we purchased in Zagg back in 2018 for 100$ Because of Covid-19 we waited till now to replace it and The customer service people refused to replace the screen protector saying one of the phone screen protector was not their product. I was trying to explain saying I have never changed my screen protector once it was installed by the same store back in 2018 and this is my first time trying to replace it but the service Associates not ready to listen and humiliated me and my husband in front of Other customers saying we are trying to cheat ( Sam Ali and Sabina kept telling we are cheaters)and refused give us service and also told us to leave the store. We were standing there to know why it's not replaceable even though we did not change it anywhere else but they left us there and they were attending other customers. We took the transaction history which clearly showed that we purchased 2 iPhone X screen protector cost 50$ each back in 2018.
