As I couldn't make a call to ask for support, I logged in online and found out they had included me in a plan for people with hearing disability. So this was when I downloaded the app and could chat with support team to assist me - note that when I went to the store they sold me the plan with unlimited features for USD 85,00, but after this problem They moved me to a plan with Unlimited Talk, Data, and Text (including abroad! And a Netflix plan paid by T Mobile) for USS 70,00. This makes completely no sense but it was a good learning as at first I was paying more for less services. Pay attention when you make any changes to your plan and make sure everything is working before leaving the store.

If you know anything about unlocking, competitors usually charge between $90-100, so this is a great deal. I walked in with a phone and a sim card too big to fit. Apparently, a seller on a very popular bidding site did not cut the card correctly. Cell Phones Universe took their time cutting the card from a micro-sim to nano-sim FOR FREE.
