I have not had data in over 3 weeks I've called technical support over 5 times went to the store got a new SIM card took my phone to Apple to find out it's not the phone it's T-Mobile service. I've called several times and they have yet to resolve my issue. They make me go thru an exhausting process each time to resettle my network and once it doesn't work they say there's an open ticket and that they will get back to me and never do. I switched from At&T to T-Mobile and it was a terrible mistake. I am still waiting on the resolution as to why I do not have any data i suave available I have to be connected to wifi. This is unacceptable! Worse cell service ever. I only gave two stars because the store was great however T-Mobile service deserves 0 stars.

After selecting the iPhone 14 pro the young lady assisting us tells us we HAVE to get atleast 4 months of protection plan and that it would fall off the bill on its own if we choose to decline after that time. Again she didn't say it was recommended or suggested but that as a matter of fact i HAVE to get it as a non-negotiable. I pushed back saying that doesn't sound right and that ive never heard of such a policy. She insisted it was required and it was policy. fast forward we pay and go home. I decided to go through the bag at the house and noticed an apple usb-C charger inside the bag. I immediately look through the receipt and see i was charged for it. Then out of curiosity i looked through my T-mobile app and saw that i can decline the insurance. By now i was livid. I removed the insurance from my plan, went back to the store and got a refund for the charger the called to file a complaint with corporate. To the young lady that tried to pull a fast one better luck next time. Wish i could give this location 0 stars.

I thought the service was going to be absolutely terrible. However, to my surprise it was the complete opposite. All the sales reps were very considerate of my time and they were always friendly and very amiable. They acted the same with the people waiting around me waiting as well. I needed to get a new plan with 7 lines and after Javier and Yessenia helped me the process was only took about 45 minutes, i was always well taken care of and the manager even overlooked the whole operation and made sure that if I ever had any type of issues to give her a call. I believe the manager's name was Claudia and the reps that took care of me were Javier and Yessenia, so thank you all. Thanks to your awesome service now you have a customer for life!
