Horrible, absolutely horrible…read more We needed a new iphone for my wife and came to this T-mobile. After selecting the iPhone 14 pro the young lady assisting us tells us we HAVE to get atleast 4 months of protection plan and that it would fall off the bill on its own if we choose to decline after that time. Again she didn't say it was recommended or suggested but that as a matter of fact i HAVE to get it as a non-negotiable. I pushed back saying that doesn't sound right and that ive never heard of such a policy. She insisted it was required and it was policy. fast forward we pay and go home. I decided to go through the bag at the house and noticed an apple usb-C charger inside the bag. I immediately look through the receipt and see i was charged for it. Then out of curiosity i looked through my T-mobile app and saw that i can decline the insurance. By now i was livid. I removed the insurance from my plan, went back to the store and got a refund for the charger the called to file a complaint with corporate. To the young lady that tried to pull a fast one better luck next time. Wish i could give this location 0 stars.

I thought the service was going to be absolutely terrible. However, to my surprise it was the complete opposite. All the sales reps were very considerate of my time and they were always friendly and very amiable. They acted the same with the people waiting around me waiting as well. I needed to get a new plan with 7 lines and after Javier and Yessenia helped me the process was only took about 45 minutes, i was always well taken care of and the manager even overlooked the whole operation and made sure that if I ever had any type of issues to give her a call. I believe the manager's name was Claudia and the reps that took care of me were Javier and Yessenia, so thank you all. Thanks to your awesome service now you have a customer for life!

After an hour they told me they could not help me, so I decided to come to the Cutler Bay store, which is close to my work. I was helped by the store manager Christopher Castillo. He was able to resolve my issue within 15 minutes and did it with a smile, taking the time to answer my questions and making me feel like my needs as a customer were his priority. Just wanted to let AT&T know that Mr. Castillo is an asset to AT&T for his professionalism and customer service.

They did not help me or offer me any sort of alternative or solution. Spent an hour there waiting for nothing for the "new manager" to come out and say "we're not tech support." How rude to treat a customer. I will go to a provider who is willing to help. Random friends of employees coming in and out of the store just to chit chat...the manager himself not in uniform wearing basketball shorts and saying he's not supposed to be there...running out the store to talk to his friend... unprofessional. Won't be back what a waste of time.

03/2026 Rating: 5.0…read more That feeling when you realized that your phone is done-zo! I. Nearly. Died. Long storty short, my phone fell and briefly got wet. It was a Sunday afternoon and ts been raining buckets nonstop. Ran to AT&T, the young worker there, zero desire to provide customer service. Informed me that they do not schedule a tech to come to your home or work or in the middle of Walmart to fix your phone anymore. That I now I have to make an appointment and go to an Asurion facility and get it fix there myself and that I will pay an addition fee despite paying monthly for insurance. Ridiculous! Despite telling her that I have insurance, she did not really listen. She should've just advised me to go straigh to Asurion instead of keeping me there, trying to sell me an upgrade. I was ready to call T-mobile. STORE: Inside building is just an empty room with a costumer service counter and a wall of accessories for sale. They do all the repairs in the back. No decor whatsoever, just couple of chairs. The store is clean and they were sweeping the floor and was getting ready to mop near closing time. CUSTOMER SERVICE: In my desperation, I took a chance and drove to this location in the rain with 45 mins till they close. The store looked closed from the outside and I nearly died again. But, as soon as we entered, Joey came out and asked what's wrong and right away he diagnosed that I just need a new screen. He assured me that it would only take about 15 minutes, as long as I have my icloud information. Racking my brain, he returned not even 10 minutes later with my cellphone screen alive, bright and working!!! I was able to enter my icloud info and Joey promised 10 minutes. And he delivered! I am amazed. This has to be pure luck. He saw how stressed out I was and he made it his mission to fix it. I told him my experience at AT&T and asked how if they no longer do house calls and he said that is false. AT&T should have given me that option, something like choose mobile repair or something like that and I would've been able to schedule for someone to come to my work the very next day. Basically he told me that I could've done all of this at home via the website. So now I feel stupid, but really people, just do your job. 5 Stars for Joey's excellent customer service. He listened, he found a solution, he showed empathy and he was efficient. It was a horrible day, but in less than 30 minutes, he managed to save the rest of my Sunday. Thank you!

The front desk man was very vague and not helpful at all and actually brushed me off. I called back Asurion and had them cancel my claim and took the phone to Allin1fix in Leisure City. Went back for assistance and the sales associate that sold me the phone wasn't there and the young man that was there literally told me to come back when the original sales associate is there because as he said bluntly "it was not his problem". First time ever connecting a line with Cricket and it has been an extremely poor experience from customer service in-store to customer service with Cricket's 1-800 customer service number. Complete scammers. Had I known this would be the experience, I would have stuck with MetroPCS. Even a one-star rating is too much to give this company!

I have not had data in over 3 weeks I've called technical support over 5 times went to the store got a new SIM card took my phone to Apple to find out it's not the phone it's T-Mobile service. I've called several times and they have yet to resolve my issue. They make me go thru an exhausting process each time to resettle my network and once it doesn't work they say there's an open ticket and that they will get back to me and never do. I switched from At&T to T-Mobile and it was a terrible mistake. I am still waiting on the resolution as to why I do not have any data i suave available I have to be connected to wifi. This is unacceptable! Worse cell service ever. I only gave two stars because the store was great however T-Mobile service deserves 0 stars.
