When it finally arrived we were very rudely and unprofessionally spoken to on the phone who we were told was the owner. They refused to bring in the replacement refrigerator after emailing us saying they would. It was later discovered it was totally their mistake. The owner never called us to apologize. We were never offered anything for our troubles and inconvenience. We have purchased many items from this company in the past and have recommended them to many people. We will never use this company again after the way we were treated. We did finally get our refrigerator replaced after the long nightmare, but unfortunately the replacement is also damaged.
