I apologize in advance this could become emotional. I am a member of a dedicated Apple product family and as such I've only ever had iPhones. With two payments left to go on my iPhone 6 after a forced update my phone went NUTS. I was out of town visiting in laws which is a worst case scenario in my world. Fast forward a week with phone still broken as well as my spirit. COUNTLESS HOURS both in chat and email with tech support since I couldn't phone them. My phone is broken, remember? I had finally contacted the cell phone insurance company and had agreed to a $129 charge to replace my broken phone. 2-3 more biz days brought with it another phone that didn't work. Now I'm seriously angry. COUNTLESS hours spent transferring and backing up and restoring data to another broken phone. I went to an AT&T store (separate yelp review) which resulted in my sitting in my car in their parking lot in the rain on hold with the insurance company again. Fast forward 2-3 biz days later as my second defective phone arrives. At my wits end going on three weeks without a phone I throw everything into a bag and draw a diagram following all of the efforts so far invested and head over to another AT&T store. This one. WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A SIDEWAYS GLANCE AMANDA BEGAN WHAT AT LEAST 15 PEOPLE PRIOR TO HER IGNORED - THINKING. With all of my devices and notes and shipping boxes piled around us we talked about glitter as the process dragged on literally into a second hour. The store was about to close and we both talked about missing dinner but continued with the process. (I say process because there were SO MANY STEPS It's painful to remember let alone list). I have a third replacement phone expected any day now. I will have had a working phone three days when the replacement arrives. I have no idea if this phone will be the one that breaks the streak but MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF HELL BUT AMANDA HAS PROVEN TO BE A STELLA HUMAN BEING AND THE ONE BRIGHT SPARK IN THE JOURNEY AND FOR THAT SHE DESERVES THIS PRAISE AND MUCH MORE. THANK YOU. I will attempt to attach a pic of the notes I took with to the store.

The staff at this store is above and beyond helpful. I have looked at a few of the previous ratings…read moreand feel as if they have had one bad experience or not read the papers they sign and judged the store as a whole because of it. I live in Kent and have continued to come to this store in particular because of the overall great service. In the past 5 years I have visited this store maybe a dozen times. The first was to switch to TMO. The manager there hooked me up with every discount possible. A+ for that. About 2 billing cycles later the discounts came off my bill and it went up about $40. I went back in and the manager immediately recognized me. Told me that something must have gone wrong in their system, took my phone # and told me I didn't need to wait around if I didn't want to. He called me that same day and said he took care of it with credit for the troubles . DONE as promised. About a year later and I want to get a prepaid line for my son just for emergencies. I went in there and, holy moly!, the manager called me out by name! This time one of the other reps helped me out. Long story short, for the same exact cost as my current bill she added two more equal lines onto my plan. No extra cost to me, no money out of my pocket, no TMO profit made! To boot this was all about a month before they officially offer this exact plan to the public! The rest of my visits have been to upgrade and have been an absolute delight. Every time I step into this store I really feel like they have my best interests at heart. Bottom line, any wireless store you walk into, expect some sort of wait time, expect to read what you are signing, and expect that the customer service should be exactly that... customer service. And this store delivers.
