    I went in for a return after dealing with four different customer service reps over the phone; a…read morelead representative in store; and, the individual that I purchased the device from. Not once did anyone tell me I would have a restock fee and this is a item that I got for free and only had to pay taxes on. I asked what the restock fee was. The Insta rep told me she would have to process the return and it will give her the restock fee cost. She told me $20. I eventually had her do the return and she told me how much of a credit I was getting. I asked to see the breakdown because it did not equate to what I had calculated. She said oh the restock fee looks like it changed to $25. She restated and reconfirm that initially said $20 but somehow it changed. The gentleman that was there claimed to be the branch manager, but his demeanor did not appear to be one. Expected him to be a little bit more Service oriented and more customer focused. He was a very arrogant jerk! Very cocky. Then said they didn't have control over the cost that the computer gives them for restock fee, ignoring the fact that she told me and saw on the computer it was only $20. I would never go back here again and will never recommend anyone to the store. If I can give a negative rating I would!

    My husband and I would leave zero stars if we could. Where should we start?…read more My husband purchased a computer and all peripherals about a year and a half ago for $8,000 total - this is a top-of-the-line gaming PC with the works. After upgrading to Windows 10, we started having problems with the computer restarting on its own. We figured it was the power supply, so we purchased a new power supply and took it into Command to see if the staff there could install it. It took staff at Command over two weeks just to test the computer to determine that the issue wasn't the power supply. It took another three weeks to determine that the problem was actually a program in the computer that was incompatible with Windows 10, that was causing the computer to reboot. In the meantime, staff at Command diagnosed a "problem" with the memory, a replacement for which we also purchased, even though we had a warranty on the memory currently in the machine. We were told that staff at Command would send the old memory in for a warranty refund and credit us when we paid and picked up the machine. This did not happen, and so we are technically still owed money by Command. We paid over $400.00 to Command for the repair/service and we also purchased the new memory and the power supply, so we are out over $800.00 for repairs and equipment at this point. We were so happy just to get the machine back, we didn't care that the temperature/fan control/processor readout was not working. YES - it appears that they broke items that were working just fine BEFORE we took the computer in. They then wanted to charge us to fix that. No thank you, we were just glad to get the computer back after FIVE WEEKS. During that five weeks, my husband went in several times to check on the progress of the repairs, since it seemed impossible to reach anyone at Command by phone. Every time my husband went in, the shop (including our computer) was covered in sawdust, and parts and computers were all over the place. It was a mess. Additionally, we've read reviews similar to this one for Command on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Several other reviews mention the difficulty in obtaining their computers, laptops, or parts. I wonder what happens to these items if they are never returned to the owner (our old memory, for example). I'm sure anyone reading this can put two and two together. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, detailing the above information. Check out the other reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and above all...steer clear of this place!!

Now I am not what you would call "techy" nor "computer savvy" but I do research quite a bit and after attempting to solve my computer issues independently with no success I headed to COMMAND.COMputers. Mike answered every question I could think to ask and really went above and beyond for me. When it came to getting me set up with wifi, updating my software, getting rid of bugs, or installing simple things like Microsoft Office I was so impressed with the overall kindness, generosity, and sheer knowledge I received. A gigantic thank you to Mike and his team for such a great computer. I've been running it now for about 3 weeks and have had zero issues. So grateful for this small business in the Maple Valley community. I will definitely be a returning customer and will continue to recommend COMMAND.COMuters to friends and family. Thank you again!

    If I could give this particular location zero stars I would. They have a great selection of both…read morenew and used games and some of the staff are very nice. But I've had a bad experience twice in two days. I go in to trade a console and few controllers an iPod and several games that went with the console. I told the person Justin that was helping me immediately that I was a pro member and that I wanted cash. I didn't want trade credit. (I literally have a trade credit for like $50 that I can't seem to ever use) I want to say. Justin. He was actually pretty great. He tried everything he could to get me the most cash in my pocket. It was at this point that another employee RYAN steps literally in front of Justin to help. (I have no clue why. He wasn't struggling with anything) this is where it went downhill. I finally just said give me cash for everything now I'm done. I left. Today I went back to pick up a PS+ 12 month sub they have for $39 as a Black Friday deal. I also had an iPad mini and an iPod to trade. (I clearly have to many electronics around). I walked in and it was again Justin and Ryan. . Justin helped me and he was actually great. But here's what I don't get. Ryan stood there putting stickers on games while Justin helped three customers, checked both my devices to make sure they could be traded. Answered the phone 9 times and had to look for things for each one of those customers. And then. Checked me out. I was in the store for 35 minutes. Ryan stood there putting stickers on things while Justin ran around like a chicken with his head cut off. I'll very likely just be driving to the issaquah location in the future.
