I went back to the store right after my service was interrupted earlier this month and was told that they couldn't help me because landline service is in a different branch of Verizon, but could hook me up with a mobile plan. Looking at all the Yelp complaints and speaking with friends who've recently experienced similar problems I'm beginning to wonder if Verizon is simply trying to drive "landline" customers out. In my case, it's working.

They tried to charge me a $15.99 replacement fee here. Went back in after about 10 minutes to talk about the issues, they said he would fix it with an original iPhone glass screen and all would be good. They stood by their repair work and were super nice about fixing their issues, but it was shotty work in the first place. I would go back, but world REALLY, REALLY, pay attention to their work. The backglass is fine other than the fact it feels barely out of place ( which just might be me), the way the material around the back cameras feels weirder, and the fact that the guy left a bunch of stretchy glue or whatever he used to keep the glass to stick to the phone all over the back. Before I could use the phone I had to keep rubber bands on it for a few hours I wouldn't recommend this place(s) unless your fine with leaving rubber bands on for a few hours or cleaning off the excess stretchy glue yourself Edited: it broke right away when I barley dropped it. This wouldn't have happened with original iPhone back glass. definitely a scam for $100

I told him okay since I needed a phone. Then I give him cash. The printer for receipt did not work, so he will send me receipt via text. I never got it. I work three jobs so no time to go back or find the time to call because now with this corona virus stuff I am ill. So I let it go. Well now my son's bill is due.
