I had so so customer experience at this AT&T. They really take a long time to get with a customer. It seriously took over an hour, and it wasn't even that busy. It was better once someone finally called me over. They are pretty helpful choosing the best plan. I needed a better plan. It was way too much. They were able to get a plan that saves a lot, several $100 a year. It was almost so good it was almost worth the really slow service. The store wasn't even busy and it was a few minutes before anyone greeted me. It was not too much of a problem though. The staffer who did help me was able to find the best deal for my phone and set me up with it. I think it's an okay AT&T store. It has some helpful staff when they feel like it. They are better when you are not in a hurry and looking for knowledgable staff.

Preface: I'm already annoyed by months of having a broken phone and no one getting back to me about my insurance claim. Walk in and see attendants with customers. I just stand politely. About 15 minutes go by without any staff acknowledging me or other customers who are starting to form an awkward line extending towards the front door. No staff is putting names in a system for check in. Just general non-acknowledgement of the big group of us who are waiting. There are now 10 of us just standing. I can't keep track of who came in first. No service person has said anything to any of us. There's a lady walking around with an iPad. She walks from the back of the store to the front. She's probably doing something more important than acknowledging customers. Now there's an annoying alarm going off because a customer touched an iPad too hard or something. The lady that was walking from front to back of store is now trying to turn off the alarm... Nope. She doesn't know how to turn it off. This seems like the perfect time to get dinner...

AT and T cable and phone customer service is THE worst. And when they sign you up or resign you up they just flat cannot tell the truth

After literally hours on the phone with customer service, a service call that was set up incorrectly and had to be cancelled, and a trip to a corporate store where I was told they couldn't help, I have switched to T Mobile. During the process I was told that my area doesn't now qualify for Home 5G service. That tells me they have oversold, and this is most likely the reason for my issues to begin with. After being a loyal customer for 22 years I find it sad they have gone downhill so drastically. Two Verizon sales people even suggested I switch carriers. NOTE: this review is not for this specific store, but for Verizon service in general. Ali at the Tuttle Crossing location was actually most helpful. I'd be happy for this review to be copied to its correct location! Thanks!
