The manager was extremely rude in that he and another employee were whispering about my account with their backs turned toward me... It was very "used car salesman-like". The manager was supposed to have given me a $50 credit 5 days ago and THAT still hasn't happened... From my experience, the employees in this store are not knowledgeable of their products or customer service. I would NOT recommend this store to my worst enemy! The people at the customer service phone number, however, were VERY helpful. If it hadn't been for them, I would have pulled my order and given the store NO stars. I paid $120 for the repair and $40 for a glass screen protector. He told me that if anything went wrong with the phone, to bring it back and he would repair it for free. We took the phone back because it stopped working. He said that he couldn't fix it because the problem was coming from "inside of the phone" and when we reminded him that he told us about the warranty he gave us the previous week, he said that he could fix it but it would be $100. When we told him that we weren't paying another $100, he reluctantly said he could repair it for $80. We ended up getting her phone replaced. Remember the $40 glass screen protector? We ended up replacing her phone and when we removed the screen protector, we discovered that it is plastic, not glass. Again, these people are CROOKS!
