I tried one and it tasted awful, like soap, and made me feel sick right away. I contacted them asking for a refund. They asked for photos of the expiration dates, which I sent, but then they just stopped replying. No refund, no response. Really disappointing. Don't trust this store. They're selling old products and don't care.

You never have to guess if you're going to like that 100ml bottle that SEEMS like you might. The crew is really knowledgeable and really friendly. Not only do they have a ton of juice (most we hadn't even heard of coming from California and we are vape veterans!) but they also have a lot of different kinds of mods. They have a vape system for everyone. The prices are really good, I don't know if we're just used to California but they were super affordable which was a nice surprise.

No responsibility for customer complaining…read more. I bought it 2 flum pebble. One is passion kiwi and other one is Aloe grape. I tried aloe grape at the store and it was auto fire, so I immediately went back to replace it and the new one that they give me is auto fire too thus why I choose REZ in that day. Today the other flum passion kiwi have same issue so I go back that store and ask for swap another device. and they said "they didn't take any responsibility for that one that if you leaving the shop." This photo is my proof of purchase at that store. Everyone know that the open vape is not last long. Why should I open all of my device at the same time. Don't worry If I don't buy from your store i can buy from other store. there are planty of vape shop in columbia.

My first time there was this past Sunday. I was helped by Josh and Nathan who both were very…read morehelpful. I went in cause my vaporizer broke and Nathan was quick to look at it and try to fix. It ended up not being fixable. So now at this point, I needed to buy a new vaporizer. I always order all my vaping stuff online except for 6mg juice which I get at local stores sometimes. Because arch city closed down, I went to Aqueous. Josh and Nathan recommended the ijoy vaporizer and that's what I got. It was pricy at over $100 but I needed something the same day and could not wait 3 days if I were to order it offline for cheaper. I am happy I went into Aqueous and now I know my new place to get juices. I would have liked a free bottle of juice with such a large purchase but that's okay. I will most certainly go back to Aqueous next time I need juice. I am very well stocked on cleito atomizer as I ironically order 30 of them the day before my vap unit stopped working. I was also happy to know my tanks will work with the new vaporizer I bought at Aqueous.
