I only give this company three stars because I've been a customer for over 20 years. I have read…read moreall of the other comments and understand everyone of their grievances. I have had similar, if not the exact same ones. I have had both Internet and cable with them the entire duration of those two decades. What I have found is that living in a college town things expand so quickly that mediaCOM cannot keep up with the demand for customers. Therefore, they lose points in simply poor management of the company. The local office in my town is wonderful! Kathy, Frank, Derek and Scott. Have made any issue I have had extremely painless and they are always incredibly helpful. But, their phone support is simply pathetic. I have found contacting them through Facebook is more beneficial than trying to actually contact somebody by phone if you have issues that you cannot go down to the office and deal with. Sure they are not the most reliable Internet and TV provider in the world. But, out of 20 years I have never been willing to switch to a different provider because they are always willing to work with me.

We were in the store for 3 1/2 hours one day and 3 1/2 hours one evening after that. They signed us up and were charging us for 5 lines instead of 4. The manager was extremely rude in that he and another employee were whispering about my account with their backs turned toward me... It was very "used car salesman-like". The manager was supposed to have given me a $50 credit 5 days ago and THAT still hasn't happened... From my experience, the employees in this store are not knowledgeable of their products or customer service. I would NOT recommend this store to my worst enemy! The people at the customer service phone number, however, were VERY helpful. If it hadn't been for them, I would have pulled my order and given the store NO stars. This store at 2101 West Broadway was terrible! I will;l be using another location, for sure... I hope I'm not disappointed.
