Fulton Computer Solutions is no longer in Business. CCS Tech repair took over the business for a…read moreshort while until they shut down their business. They now do business from home as Dickerson & Dickerson INC. They have bounced at least one check to a contractor, failed to return equipment they borrowed and they have questionable business practices. I do not recommend anyone claiming to be Fulton Computer Solutions, CCS Tech, or Dickerson and Dickerson INC to repair your cellphone or computer devices.

Cellcom Tech Repair - Would not recommend. I called and…read moreasked if I could get my phone repaired because my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen hit a rock, which caused the screen to have a big white line from the top to the bottom of my phone. He said he could get it fixed and it would only take an hour. When I took it in he realized that he didn't have the screen for it, but could get it overnighted so that it could get done the next day. I thought that was reasonable and agreed. Over the next three days I kept having to call and he would tell me one excuse after another of why it wasn't done. First 2 days he said that the screen wasn't on the truck. The third day that I called and started to lose my patience he finally admitted to not ordering it. He did promise that if he didn't get it fixed he would give a full refund. Finally on Friday I got to get my phone back and there was someone else in the shop. When I got home, I had realized that the screen wasn't right because it is suppose to be from edge to edge. This is not the case. There is clearly a thick black outline around the screen. Not only that but there was a small flicker of a line that shows up every now and then. But to make matters worse the back wasn't even glued on. I called and told him the problems and told him I wanted my money back on the same day which was Friday. He said that he was out of town and that he would give me the refund when he opened back up at 9 on Sunday. When I got there, he wasn't there even though the open sign was lite up. I had to call yet again and he said he would be there in 5 minutes and then promptly hung up on me. He did show up within the 5 minutes and when I went in to show him the phone he said well everything is functional and that he doesn't give refunds. I tried to show him the flicker of light and the edge around the phone but he just kept saying it was functional. He then said that I would then need to call his lawyer and started walking out of the shop. This was a very frustrating situation and it was not resolved like it should have been. I know that sometimes we all have off days, but you should still stand behind your work.

We gave Kirsten a gaming pc to upgrade for our son for Christmas. We paid her for the parts and at…read morefirst she was good at keeping us updated. But we haven't heard a word from her in over a week. Won't answer our phone calls or emails. All we want is at least the pc back . We will forget about the $300 we gave her for parts! If anyone has any information on her please feel free to message us. I was dumb enough to meet her in a public place to give her the PC since she had such a busy schedule. Don't use her for your computer needs.
