According to one of her stories-they change every time you talk to her-the portal is supposed to pay you but there is nothing on it but your items listed. She says the portal is broken. But her cash register is not broken or her bank account. Really disappointing. Seems like a nice woman but the more you listen to her and try to ask for your money, the more you realize she is full of crap. I should have known when she kept saying " people just don't understand consignment " it started sounding like a red flag. My money was going to be a donation to a band booster group in memory of my deceased son-I told her that the last time I talked to her-and I still haven't received the money order she said she was going to the bank to get and mail me. I asked the saleswoman how long the sale was going on for and her response was unsettling because instead of giving me a date, she said "even if you don't have the money now they don't charge you until you pick up the product. They just put a card on file". It took me by surprise, because my intentions were to tell a few friends about the pre-order. My recommendation for the store is to make sure your sales people are being mindful of their language and focus more so on the customers experience than trying to pitch a sale when asked a question.
