According to one of her stories-they change every time you talk to her-the portal is supposed to pay you but there is nothing on it but your items listed. She says the portal is broken. But her cash register is not broken or her bank account. Really disappointing. Seems like a nice woman but the more you listen to her and try to ask for your money, the more you realize she is full of crap. I should have known when she kept saying " people just don't understand consignment " it started sounding like a red flag. My money was going to be a donation to a band booster group in memory of my deceased son-I told her that the last time I talked to her-and I still haven't received the money order she said she was going to the bank to get and mail me. Shameful, deceitful behavior.
