Don't come in on a Saturday unless you're prepared to wait a few hours. The staff is helpful once it's your turn, but there really needs to be more than two people working the floor--especially on a day they KNOW is consistently busy. It might also help to ask the customer their reason for visiting when checking them in, so people with simple questions or quick transactions aren't waiting two hours unnecessarily. It's just never a good experience for me. All they want to do is sell you extra stuff that you don't need like at all, Like I'm going to beg you for the rest of your time in the store to add an extra line so you can get a free phone with it even though it's not really free because you have to pay for another line! Also the last time I was there and I didn't get nearly enough information for anything that I needed it and he pier pressured me into signing up for free week of DIRECTV, telling me that I wouldn't have to put my card in but then he asked for my card to put the information in and if I didn't cancel it in time I would be charged. It was just really unhelpful and annoying. I've Had someone in the store help me you literally one time to move information over onto a new phone from the old phone, but this time they didn't do anything for me at all, they just wanted to sell me stuff and then have help call me later that day to set things up when they could've easily done it in the store right there. I also had to go back several times to get things that I needed because they don't tell you anything and half the time I feel like you don't get a receipt. Also they send people to the UBreakIFix by Jungle Jim's and they don't even give them a heads up or make sure they can help. I have been a Direct TV Customer for years. I called to have a service representative come out and upgrade my equipment. A sales rep for AT&T Wireless came with him. After the wireless rep pressured me for hours I gave in and switched to AT&T Wireless. This was late Wednesday. Thursday was Thanksgiving then the weekend so I didn't use my cell phone service. On Monday I went with my husband to the hospital for his chemo treatment for his cancer. I didn't have any cell phone service. no wireless or anything. I thought it was a fluke but when I had to return for the second day I didn't have service again. That night, I had someone stay with my husband and disabled daughter and returned the phones. They couldn't find the one phone number so I had to take that one phone home to prove I had that phone. The next day the bill came and the phone number was on that same account. I got someone to stay with my husband and daughter and returned that phone. At the end of December, I got a bill from AT&T for $2019.20. The bill was for the monthly service I never received and to pay off the contract for the phones I returned within their 14-day no-obligation policy. I have been trying to talk to someone since I received this last bill. I've gone into the store and the manager is either not there or is on a conference call. I have called and he isn't available. Nathan swore, as did Josh that the manager would call back. I've contacted customer support and they have done all they can do to help without the store. I was even told the manager had to get approval from his regional manager. Guess what..that never happened either. They never call you back even though they say they will. Because Eric was the sales rep I was told I had to talk to him. I called him while in the store and instead of calling me right back he and the sales rep in the store start texting. I have called and left 5 messages with him. Do not go to that store. Do not use AT&T. They are not there at all if you need support and they have horrible wireless cell phone service. read more

Ive had two bad exsperences at this store .... First ...Dont every let them change before your last billing date ....This is a trick to double bill you for closing one & starting a new plan ....They can wait and put the plan into effect on your last day .... But they wont tell you this ....Very dishonest for not telling you this upfront .... read more

Make sure you have cleared your schedule before you come to this location. We have been waiting almost 2 hours to talk to someone. There are only 2 employees and 1 has been with the same family as when we walked in the door. We were told many times it wouldn't be very long since all customers before us had small issues.
