I remembered using uBreakiFix before for other devices, so I decided to give them a try before making a big purchase. They quickly checked my iPad and confirmed it was charging properly. A week later, my iPad was fully repaired at a very reasonable price! I'm so excited to have my "baby" back, and uBreakiFix will always have my business from now on. Their repairs come with a one-year warranty, and their customer service is always top-notch. Highly recommend!

I filed a claim with Asurion and had these bozos fix my screen yesterday. They fixed the screen just fine - but they handed me a phone that had no service. I just chalked it up to them toggling airplane mode or something, but after many restarts and multiple attempts to resolve the situation with the suggestions online, no solution has worked. I called these goofies to complain about this fact, informing them that this issue is most likely a hardware issue that THEY caused. Even with my cracked screen, I could send and receive calls. Now, after their "repair," I just traded one issue for an even bigger issue. Whoever answered the phone rudely hung up on me multiple times. After I finally called back for like the fourth time and told the dude "F*** YOU" for repeatedly hanging up on me, now these clowns wanna blow up my phone. Look, I've worked in customer service. I understand how difficult it can be dealing with angry, at times unruly customers. However, the LEAST you can do is show some empathy. The whole point of even having a phone is to call out and receive calls. If I can't do that, it's not a phone. Screw these fuckin clowns!

One of the highlights was seeing Chicago Sky star DiJonai Carrington stop by for a special fan pop-in during WNBA All-Star Weekend in partnership with AT&T. It was a great surprise for fans and made the experience even more memorable. The team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain current promotions, including 50% bonus offers for new customers and those switching providers. They also shared information about bundling services like AT&T Internet, DIRECTV, audio services, and more. If you're a WNBA fan, be sure to ask about the Fanatics FanCash promotion--you may qualify for up to $100 in FanCash rewards with eligible offers. Whether you're looking for a new wireless plan, upgrading your current device, or simply trying to lower your monthly bill, this AT&T store is definitely worth visiting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and ready to find the best deals, discounts, and plans to fit your needs.

Initially, Erick said they had the colors and models we wanted (iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro) in stock. However, everything changed when we started reviewing the quotes. First of all, he wasn't planning on explaining what was included in the quote until we asked why it was so expensive. It turned out he had added a protection plan, which we decided to opt out of. Once we opted out, his attitude completely changed. He went to the back to "check" the inventory, and suddenly, they were out of both the iPhone 16 Pro Max and the iPhone 16 Pro. I suggest walking 10 minutes over to the Apple Store on Michigan Avenue to upgrade your phone. The service there is incredible and 100 times better.

Two hours later, after being told No more times than I counted, I walked out of the store with neither task accomplished. And as a permanent ex customer of AT&T. My representative, Isis, was not unpleasant. Neither was she remotely interested in my time or adequately trained. Every step of her 'process' took 10-15 minutes of keyboard clicks and silence. As we passed the 90-minute mark my frequent prompts about other obligations were ignored. Along the way: Can I pay a passed due balance by credit card? No. Can I pay by cash then? No. Can I upgrade my phone today? No, it's not here. Can I get trade-in value for my existing phones on a new contract, especially since I have upgrade policy through my business plan? No. Pay for the sales tax upfront and then pay 30 months of equipment leasing at full price. Can I put that sales tax now? Yes. I mean no, my computer isn't working. Can I order the phone in advance and come back when this process is a bit more organized? Yes. Give me a credit card. (?) Okay, can you run the credit card now? No. I need the last four digits of your Tax ID number. Can you get that off the business contract I came in here to adjust? No. Just shy of two hours later, I was gone. Empty handed, but with the lesson learned: AT&T hates hates HATES their business customers. Good riddance.

The place was so clean and the moment I walked in he was very friendly ! Already told my friend who needs her laptop repaired ! And on a side note I went earlier to iBrokeuFix repair shop on the south loop and there was 5 people waiting in line... the shop was small and crowded and dirty with boxes on the floor and he was not fixing on the spot but only assessing and adding a bill for what it would be, each was over 200 ... left immediately and found this place on Yelp.... Ahhh great way to start the New Year!!

Such a nightmare of an experience - avoid at all costs. My review will probably get buried under…read moretheir fake positive ones, but this place is such a scam. Went in with a broken screen on an iPhone 15 pro. This place advertised $200 to fix it - nice! Found out when I got there, that meant "aftermarket screen" not a genuine apple one (those are $450, way higher than going to the apple store for $330). But okay, he flashed me his and said it was an aftermarket one that worked, so I went with that. When I picked it up, it looked... ok? But their credit card reader was "broken" so they required that I pay via zelle, cashapp or apple cash - convenient payment options so that you can't call your credit card company to reverse transactions for their crappy products and services. Less than 48 hours later, the screen was coming off the phone and light was leaking out the top and sides, it was heating up a lot and after comparison with my partner's iPhone, I noticed it was much dimmer and more green/blue than the real apple screen. I went in today to get a refund, literally less than 2 days after getting it "fixed." The guy there agreed that it was not working and that the screen was coming off, but said they'd thrown away my old screen (so that I couldn't switch it out on the spot, convenient) and without taking the (broken, crappy) screen off my phone, they couldn't even give me a PARTIAL refund. Needless to say, I didn't want to walk out of the shop with a screenless phone and a partial refund. They also offered to put a genuine apple screen on if I paid another $250 on top of the $210 I'd already paid and waited a few days for them to order it (MIND YOU - THE APPLE STORE DOES THIS SAME DAY FIX FOR $330). Also wasn't particularly keen on having them do any other work on it, given the shoddy prior work. Pleaded with him for a bit but no luck. But hey, the guy there agreed if I brought back the screen after getting it fixed at the actual apple store, he'd give me a partial refund. He also assured me that apple would give me the (broken, crappy) screen after they put a real one on it. Okay - off to the apple store. But lo! It turns out when you bring apple a phone with a (broken, crappy) aftermarket screen, in order to fix it they require the (broken, crappy) aftermarket screen to be thrown away! No luck getting it back for my partial refund. Almost like the guy knew that was the case when he sent me away... So $330 at Apple plus this scammy place's $210 later I fixed a slightly cracked screen. TL;DR don't go here, they will scam you with their crappy products and no credit card option. No evidence but wouldn't at all be surprised if the positive reviews are fake - obviously not a 4.9 experience.

I own two Samsung phones one is the newest version (a Samsung Z4 flip) and the other is a Galaxy S9 plus. I called up this location on Memorial Day Holiday and was told to be patient because they needed to order a new speaker for my phone. Apparently the speaker blew out and I was extremely worried that I'd be charged a lot of money to fix it; but surprisingly everything was completely complimentary today! Daniel encouraged me to bring my phone in today and because he had other orders ahead of mine he told me to wait three hours and everything would be complete. He even allowed me to bring my great pyrenees puppy to the store this afternoon so we made it a fun outing all day and I took my pup to all the local coffee shops, bakeries and dog parks as we waited for my phone to be fixed. When I came back I mentioned that my Galaxy S9 plus also had an issue charging properly. I had a hunch the port might be filled with dirt and lint because the charger didn't want to stay all the way in. Daniel was kind enough to give it a thorough cleaning for me and then let me charge it back up in his store. The battery was dead when I received the computer and the store clerk didn't show me a completely functioning computer before I left the store. I emailed the store a couple of days later where they reminded me of the warranty policy. Ok, now I brought my computer back when I had the time to under their one year warranty, and now not only are they saying that the damage had to be external and that the computer was working when they have no proof of that besides their diagnostics notes, they are accusing me of trying to bring back a damaged computer. They say they will call us on such and such date and never return my calls. I have had to call them directly at least four times with no answers. At this point, I want a refund and they'll get a complaint to the BBB. If you can't fix the problem, which wasn't caused by significant damage to begin with, then tell me that so I can take it to the brand manufacturer instead of wasting my time on this company and it's BS. I already paid a significant amount of money and just want a functioning computer. The customer service is absolutely trash at this location; find another place to fix your devices.
