I came in to pick up an item I had being held in store. Apparently Gamestop does not price match their website in 2017 and it's laughable. I've been a customer for years and this is a turn off makes me want to join the Best Buy Game program. Also items on sale for clearance bogo are not clearly marked. Although this will count towards Trevor he was great and did what he could. I am displeased with the management on staff. Kaelan was not helpful and disinterested in making sure the customer was taken care of. This is unacceptable. Instead of telling the customer what didn't qualify he should have made sure they were taken care of. I will be posting this on yelp next. What a let down Gamestop work on this because you will soon be out of business brick and mortar if his is at he customer experience across all the company.

I know that this is how it works however i don't like that I get little to nothing for the games I trade in. I am sure this is a function of demand so I can't get too upset. I would not purchase a new game at this franchise because you can typically buy new games on line either thru Amazon , Walmart, etc at a lower cost.

So the manager (Chase) told me they would gladly take payment the Friday before the appointment or the morning of the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Friday came and NO call! I called them several times but no one picked up! So I decided to wait until Monday because the manager clearly stated someone would call for payment. Monday came...NO ONE CALLED but i spent 2 hours of my morning calling from 7 - 9 am attempting to reach someone. FINALLY, at 10am someone answered the phone. I told them of this situation and was told " too bad, the schedule is already booked' then she proceeded to give me an attitude stating 'they have a procedure and they didn't take payment'. Apparently she doesn't have ears because I explained 10 times that the manager approved payment the morning of but no one called...so i continued calling for 2 hours! Again, all she wanted to do was tell me about procedure and give me an attitude. WHAT RIGHT DOES SHE HAVE WHEN THE MANAGER APPROVED THIS?????!!!!! How dare she "blame" me when I would have never scheduled the appointment if the manager didn't say it was OK! Then, she hung up on me! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS???!!! Finally, today I called just to be told they have the Belt in stock by someone named Eric. I asked why it has taken me over two weeks just to be told this and he states very rudely, they are busy and their phone never stops ringing and they only have two repair people! Well duh, HIRE SOMEONE! What the heck, if this was me, I would have been fired!! I don't want their excuses, I want an apology, not another rude person answering a phone at a business, I never should have gone there, should have stuck to my first option of going to BOBCAT!
