I would not recommend dealing with this company or anything affiliated with Cameron Jones. Mr. Jones advertised online that he had parts phones for sale at a decent price. After Mr. Jones received the money, he ghosted me and never shipped the phones. After I filed a police report, he sent me back 1/3rd of the money and gave an obviously fake apology. It was only after I wrote a blog exposing him as a fraud when he finally agreed to send the rest of the money, but if and only if that I remove the blog down (https://cameronjonessophisticatedconartist.blogspot.com/2025/01/cameron-jones-sophisticated-con-artist.html). So he finally sent the remaining balance after about 4 months of holding it and gave another fake apology. But surprise! I conned the con man. I decided to keep the blog posted anyhow to expose the fraud that he is. I would not recommend dealing with Mr. Jones or his companies in any way, shape, or form. From personal experiences with repairing cell phones, there are different quality phone repair parts to fix phones. Mr. Jones most likely uses the cheapest possible aftermarket parts to repair phones, when he actually does at least somewhat legitimate work, and jacks up the price based on lies to the customer. These cheap parts will have noticeable impacts on your ability to use the phone or device, especially if it is a newer or pro/promax series where Apple advertises it as being a certain way. read more

This place was amazing! I had emailed with Cameron and he responded almost immediately telling me to bring in my water logged phone as soon as I could! I sadly had to wait until after work, which was very close to their closing time. Regardless, he told me I was welcome to drop it off! I came in and he was able to fix it in 10 minutes before they closed! It was amazing, and I was so grateful since I use my phone for work consistently so my day had been very stressful up until that point. He was understanding and great at his job! Their customer service was phenomenal, and they even asked me questions and made conversation with me while they were replacing my screen! It was an unexpectedly awesome experience and I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have a brand new phone and it's all due to them and their awesomeness! This guy Cameron Jones is a class A scam artist. We took our computer to him to fix, he had it for over 2 months and kept telling us he needed more money for parts, in the end we paid him over $1,200.00 for the parts, then he kept having excuse after excuse for not giving the computer back, he kept saying it need things done. He also has no storefront now and works out of his home. we finally told him to refund us, return the computer and we would be done with him. So he said it would be delivered to our home and guess what, he was a no show. when we called the next day he said a tree fell on his parents house, but what was funny is he told another lady I know having the same issues with him that he was out of town for a funeral. I posted a review on facebook complaining about him, I had so many people message me about their run ins with him, and I even had his friend from high school message me and we spoke on the phone and they told me he was doing this stuff in high school. The list goes on and on. One lady I spoke to said he has had her computer for over a year now. its crazy!! In the end I threatened to go to the police and file my computer as stolen property, once I did that his tune changed. He offered to come to my home and give me cash and the computer but I told him to meet me at the bank to verify the money was not counterfit. I did get my money back and my computer. But theres so many people he has done bad business with. I would never ever recommend him to anyone. there are several people I am speaking with that he is currently ghosting and making false promises. I brought my Macbook Pro 13 here to be fixed after having it fixed by a hack job who price gouged me. The owner gave me an initial assessment. After further discovery he was up front and let me know that upon further inspection there were deeper issues to fix. He gave me a new assessment, which was pretty reasonable, and proceeded to fix my laptop. He ended up getting it fixed sooner than expected, and after about a week with my newly finished laptop I can say the issue has been completely fixed and my laptop is now running smoother than ever. My first visit at this store today looking for a refurbished iPhone XS Max. Was able to pick up the last one they had in stock and Cameron did a fantastic job of educating us on some of the newer technology. I did my research before coming in and everything Cameron said was spot on. No sales gimmicks or switch and bait tactics here. Even when I overheard some calls come in that would be a nightmare for most places, Cameron kept his cool and was extremely professional when on and off the phone even when discussing the call with the other staff who were all very knowledgeable as well. One thing I was very impressed with was learning the he and the staff take the extra effort to learn about the new upgrades and how they will impact the functionality of the phones so they can be prepared when the updates roll out. Oh and a couple customers came in with real quick fixes. Once the issues were fixed he didn't even charge them even saying "why would I charge you for such a quick fix that would be ridiculous".
