They did a number on me and my husband with the Silver plan of 55.00 per month with speed of a telephone modem, it was embarassing when people around you zip through with their downloads while you are waiting to open next page. I go back to complain to this older gentleman manager and all he said was too bad, you're on the silver plan spend another 75.00 and you will be up to speed and turn his head and said "next please". I been with T-Mobile since and at half price and great service and they treat you like a human being. Do not go in an be treated right unless you are a "Paris Hilton type" and do not be a "Silver Plan" level member.

Took my samsung galaxy s20 here, the back glass was broken along with the screen and the camera…read morelens was scratched, but i figured i could live with the back glass being cracked, so i only asked them to replace the screen and camera. it was repaired quickly and I was happy at first. However, about a month later, the camera completely stops working. The camera app wouldn't even open and I take it back in. When I drop the phone off, they tell me that because they did the camera repair, they'll fix it no charge, but they would charge me about 10 bucks to replace the back glass, because they had to to get to the camera. I thought this sounded fair so I left my phone with them. Later, they called me and said the phone was ready and I came to get it. When I arrived there, the bill was around $60 and I said "that's not right, I was told $10 before" the guys that work there said that they had to charge that much because they opened up the phone. But they knew they had to open the phone when they told me $10. They didn't care, and claimed the camera must've been damaged by another fall, even though there was no new physical damage to the phone since they replaced the screen. I pointed out that there was no screen protector and the new screen still looked perfect, but they didn't care. I dropped the phone in the past which resulted in the cracked screen, back glass, and messed up camera originally, but it didn't make the camera fail completely like it did immediately after they installed a new camera. I feel any reputable business would have done this work free of charge. These people don't stand behind their work, and they will lie to you just to make you be on the hook later to pay them what they want. If they had told me before that they don't stand behind their work, and told me what they actually would've charged me, I would've gone somewhere else. they lied to get more business from me. I wasn't even going to write a review, but I've had a new development. the glass covering the new camera they just worked on just randomly fell off one day, wasn't dropped or anything. And now my phone has started acting really strange, it won't charge from the charge port anymore, and the speaker got way more quiet, and it randomly drops signal and it didn't do any of these things before the glass fell off. I have no idea whats going on, but I'm thinking that maybe moisture got in because the glass is missing. So the moral of this story, don't let their low prices fool you. I'm pretty sure my phone is ruined now, and it's completely because they do crappy work, and they don't even fix problems resulting from their work. I learned my lesson the hard way, now I'm probably going to have to trash a $1000 phone. I will never use these guys for anything, and I've told everyone I know this story and warmed them as well. Don't believe the good reviews, apparently they pay people for reviews, which is something they never told me, a disgruntled customer. They probably only tell that to people that didn't have problems. I'd bet any money most of these generic 5 star reviews come from people that bought a phone charger or case or something, and wanted a $5 discount they give for reviews. not worth the risk, your devices are too expensive to let these guys possibly ruin them. I wish I'd listened to the bad reviews. Don't make my mistake.

If anything, the employee might've told me we had service until 8/15, not 8/25, because the cycle is to 8/15. After years of getting charged way too much for mediocre wifi, they can't even see how their "notes" don't make any sense and that the charge on me is invalid. They now put me as the consumer in a terrible spot essentially saying 1. Pay this now, even though it isn't really owed or 2. Don't pay it and take a hit to your credit. Good times. Last person I talked to was Nessa, a supervisor with Charter Spectrum out of the North Texas Call Center. I'd appreciate if this could be handled without hurting the consumer or dragging on, please and thank you. Respectfully, please drop this charge.
