They were efficient, nice, and polite and we were overjoyed to see another individual working there using a SD (Service Dog). As a SD user, to see a place of employment supporting their employee and for that pup to be in a safe working environment makes me overjoyed. SD users are often discriminated against in employment opportunities and not only is this an instance of helping to normalize SD for the public, but keeping the handler in the workforce. Also, my ring got cleaned!

I enjoy this stores selection of jewelry, and customer service…read more My biggest issue is what I guess I would call appearance discrimination? If I come here for a repair or just to shop and I'm in anything short of business clothing, or anything formal, I've gotten snide looks from employees. They act surprised when I actually want to spend money here. They only seem to help when they realize I'm willing to spend money.

The wrong lenses were sent and the young lady was all over it, recognizing the issue before she even called me. I see it's been a number of yrs since the last review but I didn't think it was fair to have an old review caricaturise the folks that work there now.

Absolutely disgusting. The worker was being aggressive and hateful towards me and my group of…read morefriends. We were trying on Halloween costumes for fun since we're just a bunch of tweens/teens. We weren't being loud, nor disruptive or disrespectful. Later on this worker comes up to us and starts to cuss us out. Claims we're the type of people to destroy their merchandise and products when she clearly saw us putting the costumes away. She then made false reports on her walkie talkie saying we ruined their costumes. She then later started to follow us and when we said something about it she told us. "Shut your big ass fucking forehead up" She then started to yell and cuss us out so we then left the store. Target you need to step up and hire better workers. The fact she wasn't embarrassed or scared to cuss out loud with other customers around is wild.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Edible Arrangements location. I placed an…read moreorder for my grandfather's birthday, only to find out that an item was missing from the bag. When I called the store to address the issue, the employee who answered insisted that she had personally packed the order and that everything was included, despite my grandfather confirming that the item was not in the bag. I even offered to add my grandfather to the call so he could explain the situation himself. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the employee became argumentative, raised her voice, and made disrespectful comments. She told me, "I don't know what way you want me to explain it's in the bag," and eventually stated that she didn't give a "fuck." I was simply trying to resolve an issue with an order I paid for, and I was met with hostility and profanity. Things became even more concerning when she claimed she needed to create a fake email to send me proof of the refund. When I questioned why the confirmation would not come from an official business email address, she repeatedly hung up on me and refused to provide the owner's full name. I was told the owner would text me a picture of the email instead. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy, accountability, and a legitimate resolution--not yelling, cursing, repeated hang-ups, and a lack of transparency. My order was intended to celebrate my grandfather's birthday, which made the experience even more disappointing. I am requesting a full refund and hope corporate management takes this complaint seriously. Customer service matters, and no customer should be treated this way for bringing a legitimate concern to a business's attention. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to order from this location again.
