Twice I have been to this store and had a bad experience.
The first time was several weeks ago, and all I needed was a new SIM card. There were 3 customers in the store when I got there, and 2 clerks. The other guy waiting walked out after an hour. I waited, as I needed the SIM, but in hindsight it would have been quicker to drive to Eden Prairie. While I waited, I listened to one poor woman asking about backing up her old iPhone and restoring on her new iPhone. The clerk was clueless. I ended up stepping in to do it for her so I could get my SIM and go.
Also, while waiting, I looked at the iPhone 7 they had on display. Really? It wasn't an iPhone 7. It was an iPhone 6s with a 7 label on it. I could tell because of the headphone jack on it.
Today, I ran over for a simple iPhone 7 tempered glass screen protector. The guy in the store sold me one, and "threw in a car charger." As my company account gets me a 25% discount on accessories, I asked for that. They guy refused saying "I gave you a better discount throwing in the car charger." First, I didn't need a car charger, and didn't want it. Second, a "free car charger" still meant I paid $40 for a $12 screen protector that, with my discount, should have only cost me $30. The store is selling "iPhone 6s/7" screen protectors. Knowing full well the two are different due to the curved screen of the iPhone 7, I questioned it and the guy assured me "it fits both". Low and behold, I got home and installed the protector, and guess what - it isn't proper for a 7, covering part of the speaker and not having the proper curved edges. Needless to say, when I tried to return the protector, the guy refused to take it back because "it was already used."
Ended up taking a whole afternoon for a 5 minute job, because I had to drive to Eden Prairie to get the proper screen protector (and pay twice). Note, the EP store sold me a better quality protector for $24.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. read more
