I went there and bought a battery and I got the extended warrantee they offered, no problem. I never thought I'd need it, so no big deal, right? Fast forward to now, January of 2024. I couldn't find the paperwork for my warrantee. I called the store to see if they had any record of my purchase. They did, and they had a record of my warrantee. But they immediately denied that they had any liability for my battery's ability to start the car. In short, the warranty was worthless. They didn't even listen to my story. I wasn't happy. Jon came over and I told him what I wanted to do. He got the phone for me and he fully explained about financing, upgrading, etc and patiently figured out the math and final cost. I just wanted to say that all the employees that were on duty were more than happy to help me out! A great bunch of people! Jon helped me along with another employee which I did not catch his name. Also a young female employee greeted me as I came in the door which was very nice to do.
