The worker opened late, finally unlocked the doors and then unlocked the door, looked at us, and didn't open it. We went it and she said nothing, then after we said good morning, her response was "what do you need?" We were going in to upgrade our phones so that's what we told her. What she basically said was she'd just wait to upgrade that way she doesn't have to do the work and that way she can sit there and be lazy and eat her holiday breakfast burritos that were sitting on the counter. Wouldn't even pull up our account until we made her. Then still continued to tell us don't upgrade since the 12 is basically the same as the 14 or to just go to apple. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had from any place, not just a phone place. This location might as well get shut down

This is the nearest AT&T store to my home in Minnesota and I am so glad it is there. I recently…read moreswitched to AT&T from Verizon, because I wanted to be on the same network as the rest of my family. Anyways, I went in with my Verizon iPhone 6 and asked them what I needed to do to switch providers. Since it wasn't busy, there were 2 associates helping me. They were both very kind and made it simple to understand how to switch providers and what my options were if I wanted to update my phone. After I switched over I thought I would have to purchase a new phone, however, they told me all iPhone 6's were sold unlocked -that basically means you can put the SIM card from any network in it and it will work with that provider- and I would just need to put an AT&T SIM card into it. I was so relieved I didn't have to purchase a brand new iPhone, as I was wait to get the new iPhone 7. When I went back to get the new iPhone 7 it was a busy and I had to wait a half an hour until someone got to me; Which was understandable since it was the Saturday after the iPhone 7 came out. When they finally got to me, they thanked me for my patience and helped me with buying my new iPhone. The one downside to this location is the parking; The parking lot is very little.

Just upgraded my phone today, and they had extra specials lined for me like they knew I was coming. With new technology coming almost on a daily basis, it's no wonder they're all excited to tell me what's new. They have a new liquid screen protector...IKR!!! just a little brush of clear liquid on my screen and it protects your phone from not only scratches...but cracks as well.
