Also the placement of the screen seemed to not fit for my iphone 15, it was not flushed against the frame and stuck out about 2mm looking as if it was floating on top of the device itself. Which leads me to my final issue. Due to the fact the screen replacement was not flushed to the device frame, I completely shatters within in 2 months of the last time I repaired a screen with them, this is WITH THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I was charged over $300, the product was not worth that amount. DO NOT GO HERE. I even asked them when I picked up my phone if they use the same screens as apple and if they were apple certified, they said yes which was not true considering apple has strong materials that make up the phone. My device even had an error saying it was not an apple part and was not installed correctly. With that said, save your money, go to apple or learn to do it yourself.

When I went back reasonably expecting a refund the store attendant, Ace, not only refused to help but had the nerve to call the Milton Police Department on me. Imagine that I get scammed and I'm the one who gets the cops called on me! Ace was beyond rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Zero manners, zero accountability. And honestly, that attitude seems to reflect the entire business. They don't care about customers they care about taking your money and avoiding consequences. Now it makes sense why they push so hard for cash payments they clearly want to dodge refunds, chargebacks, and any traceability. Shady, deceptive, and downright fraudulent. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. They do not deserve your business.

They said my iPad couldn't be fixed after looking at it for 5 seconds saying that it was bent. They were confident, but also honest and very clear about the possibilities. They had it done within 2 days and were able to fix it and straighten it out without any issues. These guys are very nice and they explain everything in great detail. They know their stuff! I will only use Cellairis from now on to fix any of my devices! A++++++
