The Gainesville offices were so unhelpful, either too busy or just didn't care, and I'm hoping the Cleveland one will be better. I tried to active a SIM card with customer service over the phone with att. No help at all. So I decided to go to the local store retail store to get it done. Chase was there to fix the problem that customer service couldn't do. Very nice and helpful guy. Ask for him. read more

A horrible At&t experience. If you need something done by an actual informative and knowledgeable employee, you need to go to Gainesville. This is not a corporate store so do not expect them to actually be able to do anything except charge you. They charge for sim cards and have difficulty understanding what the importance of a gigabyte is. I have been an Att wireless customer for over 10 years and this store makes me question if I should still be one. read more

Went in to inquire about plans and pricing. I have spent many years with Verizon and had decided to make the switch. I was greeted by a gentleman named Alex who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He took his time to explain the plans and go over a couple different pricing options with me. I felt like he genuinely cared about my business. When it was all said and done I had two new phones and had made the switch to AT&T. Alex gave me his number in case I had any questions and I have called him a couple times. Each time he has been quick to answer and always so professional and helpful!
