Chris works at the AT&T store at 3265 Sardis Church Rd., Suite 107. I've been an HR Manager and Professional for many years, including 18 years at Target, so I know a little (A LOT) about retail sales and customer service. Chris (a male employee) was the only one on the salesfloor today during our visit. Chris needs to go through proper training on RETAIL 101, to include sales, service, communication and respect. I should preface my review below with the overly obvious admission of guilt by the employee (i.e., poor customer service or really NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL) as HE REFUSED to provide us with a business card, his name or any other customer service info so that we could provide feedback on today's UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE. By the way Chris - the joke is on you as I just so happen to have the business card that was placed in my friend's bag when he made his $600 plus purchases on a new cell phone and tablet last week. My experience began at this AT&T store as we took a friend to get assistance on his brand new (a week old), non-working phone. We walked into the store and the only other customer present had just checked out and was leaving. The three of us entered the store together, greeted Chris with a 'good afternoon' prior to my friend describing the issues he was having with his new phone. As Chris and my friend began to converse about the phone issues and there was a lull in their conversation, I said to Chris, while you are troubleshooting my friend's phone will you please let me know if you have S7s on display anywhere? I had already walked the store twice and did not see any Samsung phones displayed except for low-end Droids and tablets. Chris snarkily responded with, "NO" to my question. His response was curt and I was made to feel as if I was not a valued customer. Chris made it very clear through tone and body language that he wanted nothing to do with providing service to me. During the first part of my conversation with Chris and his sarcastic response he never looked at me, nor did he offer to assist me with my questions when he finished with my friend. Clearly, the question I posed in no way interfered with the troubleshooting he was doing on my friend's phone. Had Chris taken the time to respond to me, that would have led to a few hundred dollar sale on my part today. He simply needed to provide a brief response (CUSTOMER SERVICE 101). At this point we're still the only ones at AT&T. Since Chris said there were no S7 displays I then asked him if that model was in stock and he said, "I don't know." DEEPER FRUSTRATION HAS NOW SET IN FOR ME! Chris is 'running the show' with no other customers around and he doesn't know if he has a model in stock? How is that possible in a retail sales environment? So Chris as a salesperson equates to one who is disrespectful, has zero insight about current stock and overall is just a horrible CSR. About 30min. have now passed & another customer entered the store.The customer was a very attractive younger female whom Chris immediately greeted. He quickly abandoned the work on my friend's phone to show this new customer some phone models. Chris finished helping that female customer prior to returning to my friend to continue working on his new, broken phone. Another couple then enters the store and is greeted by Chris and told he'll be with them in a minute. I was furious and asked Chris why he was so willing to help other customers, yet was disrespectful to me. Chris began arguing with me in front of customers claiming he told me the S7 was in the safe.Since he 1st said he didn't know if S7s were even in stock, how did he suddenly know they were in a safe? Next, I inquired as to why Chris felt it appropriate to assist 2 others that came in after us with their purchasing needs, prior to finishing with my friend and then taking care of my phone sales needs. Chris never did respond to that question and continued to argue with me stating his case, per se, about how he'd already helped me. I refused to continue to be berated by Chris at this point.I elected to remove myself from the situation and left my 2 friends inside as I left the store. Chris is an absolute poor representative of AT&T, service and sales personnel, and him in general. AT&T needs to address this sales and customer service nightmare with this employee IMMEDIATELY! We have been loyal AT&T customers for years. Our services include cell, cable, and Internet services. We will all move our service to Verizon immediately if AT&T does not contact me and rectify this situation. read more

This store seems to be pointless. AT&T does not enjoy its current customers and that is further emphasized by the employee I dealt with today. I called before I arrived thinking I could get the answers on the phone but that call was not returned. When I arrived there was only one customer in the store with another employee playing on their phone. I was greeted and began a transaction when in the middle of the conversation the lady with black hair and a nose ring got up and walked away without a word. I waited for a minute realized what happened. It seems strange but I am amazed at the level of terrible the customer service I received was. There are a few other notable bad interactions in the same conversation but I will never go in that place again. read more

Customer service here is terrible. Don't buy your phones here. They overbilled me for 7 months and the idiots at the store couldn't fix it. It took me about 30 minutes on the phone with AT & T corp. and I had credit and it was fixed. Stan Williams did not know how to fix what turned out to be a simple fix. I counted on them to fix the problem and they did not care to fix it. read more
