From start to finish, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful--especially the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. It also had a bend in the middle of the iPad (from falling onto the floor.) I had taken the iPad to another local store who wouldn't invest the time and energy to fix it. So I tried uBreakiFix. I had seen many of these stores all over the Atlanta area, and was willing to take a chance. The sales associate quoted me $269 (labor included) The other store quoted me $99 for labor alone. But more importantly, they had the screen in stock and they had it fixed in 4 hours. They said they would text me when it was ready, but when they had not texted.by 6:30, , which is close to their 7 pm closing time, I took a chance and drove to the store. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish, but those are minor inconveniences in a superb job. I could not recommend this store more highly.

I have my mother on my plan and she really only uses her phone for calls, texts and pictures. So I made the decision to upgrade my phone and give her my old one. Once I started messing with her phone I realized in all the years she has owned it, it had never been backed up tk the cloud. Yikes. Her biggest desire was that she not lose her pictures. I was worried since her phone was so old. I called the AT&T store and ended up talking to Shawn (Alishan). He was so friendly and helpful on the phone and told me to just bring it in and he would help me take great care of her. Before I went in I tried backing her phone up to the cloud because I knew that would make everything so simple. Thankfully that worked. When we walked in Shawn immediately started helping us. Her SIM card wouldn't work in the new phone so he replaced it for us. He made sure that her new phone was able to be set up easily because I had backed it up to the cloud. I am so thankful that it ended up being the best case scenario but I have no doubt Shawn would have made it happen regardless of how hard it would have been. He is a huge asset to that store. He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.
