Reps aren't very friendly. The level of communication is lacking. They don't seem to be forward thinkers when it comes to customer service.

Totally Ripped off. Thought I could be a good son and buy my dad a phone for Fathers Day. The phone I wanted to get him was out of stock. So the store manager helped me place and order and said to come back with the receipt when it arrived to the store. I had to leave town before it came, so I gave the receipt to my mother to pick it up. Three days later I got the confirmation from the manager that the phone arrived and sent my mom on her way. Perfect! Or so i thought. A month later after I got our phone bill and the phone that I paid for IN FULL, I REPEAT COMPLETELY PAID OFF, had a fresh new AT&T Next installment plan set up to pay off the phone AGAIN in about 20 months. AND guess who my parents cashier was? THE SAME MANAGER that sold me the phone! First I tried calling the Bishop store,. Then the associate gave me the runaround saying she called the manager and that he had said to call customer support. I asked to talk to the manager and she said he was unavailable. wtf? After that, I spent FOUR HOURS at an AT&T Corporate store in Sacramento playing telephone tag with customer support I finally got someone who could pull up the proof of payment for my phone and cancelled the installment plan. At least these people cared and were helpful. I also found out that apparently Associates don't make Commission on phones sold outright so it stands to wonder why I was charged for an installment plan? That's super scummy business practice unnamed Manager Guy. Was that commission that will probably be revoked worth it? If you can afford the time and gas so to the store in Ridgecrest; or hell even Reno. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to. read more

Hello! I recently had the best experience at my local AT&T store in Bishop, California. I was helped by two knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and incredibly helpful employees. Both Mika and Elvie were amazing! I am quite technologically challenged-just not my strong point!-and they were able to get me set up with my new I-Phone and teach me how to use it. For instance, Mika was so attentive that he said, "oh you wear glasses for reading, let's make the text bigger." After the past few years having to find my reading glasses to read my phone messages, I can see the phone perfectly now without them. And Elvie was so helpful in setting up the trade-in for my old phone and finding me a promotion deal with my new phone. She really knows her business. And they are both warm and caring people which I value greatly in any store I shop at. I give them both a "ten!". Good job, AT&T, for hiring these two. I am SO happy with my new phone and the help I received in getting it. read more

I recently purchased a MiFi 2372 and forgot it's charger at home as I headed out on my road trip to Mammoth. I was pleased to find this store along the way. It was open on a Sunday and staffed with 2 very cheerful and helpful gals. They hooked me up in no time even taking the time to verify that the general charger they recommended would work with my MiFi. They were a great example of fabulous customer service! read more

I went in yesterday to price phones because I am considering upgrading to an IPhone and paying the whole retail price up front as advetised on the phone placards (Next, Contract or Retail price). Another customer asked the salesclerk if he could buy a phone upfront that way and was told only the gophones could be sold without installments. So I then asked her to clarify this statement by saying "even though the prices advertised include the retail upfront price, are you saying we cannot by the phones that way?" She replied the phones could only be purchased via an installment plan. If this is true, I will go to another phone retailer for an upgrade. read more

Nice friendly store. AT&T continues to impress me and my wife. We love the coverage,data coverage/speed and the excellent variety of top notch phones offered. Customer service has been remarkably good. I have zero complaints with this store or AT&T. As a matter of fact, I am very proud to have AT&T as my carrier. Be careful for confidentiality, felt that staff was very young discussing issues that were not necessary in front of clients, heard one young lady on the store's phone talking really really loud to I believe was a client but had nothing to do with At&T, boyfriend relations? read more

Was a great experience. i went in thinking i wanted an iphone (because my wife has one) but after discusing with the people working there i dicided to go with a different phone for half the price. Bigger screen easyer to look at and my wife got jelouse after an half our of playing with it. it was my choice to steer away from Apple and im glad i did. People working there were extreamly helpful. read more
