It is strictly a VERIZON WIRELESS Retailer BUT THE SERVICE IS GREAT!!!!!! Julie was Phenomenal! She took care of getting our new phones and saved us money with her knowledge of the VERIZON system! This is my go to place for all things Verizonwireless. There is another Verizon store in town but I don't recommend them. These people have integrity and won't try to upsale you. They are knowledgeable and kind. You may have to wait a bit as they take their time with clients. read more

I love these guys! The owner Russ and his dynamic computer-savvy staff are going above and beyond to help folks and figure things out...myself when my iPhone was failing, and I had a gazillion pictures on a phone that was only intermittently working. And for the nonprofit organization I am directing and helping with a mobile sales unit when we had issues with accessing our Verizon account due to the untimely passing of the previous director. Old school, fantastic customer service, and with patience and skills above anything I have experienced at other Verizon stores or even at the Apple store. While staying in Bishop my husband and I stopped by Phillips Camera Shop in desperation when the polarizer on my camera absolutely refused to come off my lens. Of course it didn't help that I had attached it to the UV filter which I should not have done in the first place! One of the guys at the store tried his best to get the polarizer off with a device that looked like it was designed to open mason jars - but, no luck - it was not coming off! I thought those expensive filters were goners but, the staff suggested putting them in the freezer when we got home (you know cold contracts...). And it worked!
