6/20/2026 update: I never received my refund, 1.5 years later. Do not pay via zelle or you will not…read moreget your money back 6/5/2025 post: I walked in one day for a tarot reading and walked out prepaying for 4 Reiki sessions with Lauren. She postponed our first session three times at the last minute. (No apology, they were all "emergencies", she said the universe is probably testing me). Our first session was a YouTube Naturescape, and she went through the seven singing bowls. The second session was a 30 minute YouTube guided meditation, and no singing bowls. After that 2nd session, Lauren told me that I needed to purchase a $4258 crystal that I could then return later for a refund but that I needed to purchase it to continue with the sessions. I declined, I just wanted the 4 sessions I had prepaid for. She told me that she could not finish our sessions unless I purchased that crystal. This was on Feb 20, 2025. Today it is June 5, 2025, and every week she promises me a refund next week and I still have not received it. Please see attached text message screenshots. I honestly felt really disrespected and pressured by the whole experience, and I wouldn't recommend her as a reiki practitioner. In hindsight, I feel that I was totally scammed.

I walked in to check it out but no one was inside, no bell to ring. It's beautiful, nice retail…read moreitems, lots of services offered, great parking. Very calm and serene. I'll try to stop in again on my way home next week. I'll call ahead.

Kristin met us at the door and was so warm and friendly and gave us a detailed tour of the shop. They are making custom skis for less than what you are paying for mass produced, everyone has them, the sales guy is trying to unload that stock, someone got a deal on a bunch of skis. Yes I said custom made skis - just for you for less than mass produced skis....hello?? This is amazing. Custom to your ski needs with your own graphics - so so cool. I told her my son likes to work with his hands and loves skiing - I would love to bring him in the next day to show him the shop. Well he showed up about 20 minutes later and Kristin gladly gave him the entire tour as well and remembered what school he is going to next fall. What a great hostess and genius business woman! Our next ski purchases will be here for sure. And frankly I want my son to help her open up a shop in Utah or Germany or ??? Great concept, great people, great product. (cool dog too!)

I highly recommend Bill's Appliance and would call them first in the future. I worked in Information Technology for almost 40 years; people always ask me to fix their computers. While all computers are basically the same, they all have their idiosyncrasies. Sometimes it's difficult to determine the problem and it's always difficult to tell someone the bad news if the problem is significant. Two very polite and professional men arrived to diagnose the problem which I appreciate. One person supplied the tools to the other so that one person wasn't constantly getting up and down; made the job go more quickly. In my case, the problem was not simple to find and it was good that there were two technicians who could discuss possibilities. My dryer indicator lights suggested it was good to go, but would not start. The technicians methodically checked and tested each of the components from the most common issue to the less common. The common issues tested fine. When they went to test the control module, the on-board diagnostics would not work. They could have stopped there and said the control module was bad (this would have been easy for them and expensive for me), but instead they took the time to actually get to and inspect the control module. There was nothing obviously wrong with it (no leaky capacitors or burn marks). They reassembled the unit and I was prepared for them to tell me they would have to order a new module, but they gave the dryer one more test and it worked fine... there must have been some kind of a bad connection on the module. Regardless of the outcome, these folks did terrific, trustworthy work and I was glad I called them.

Robert, one of Bills co-owners came out to resolve a problem with my washer, and he arrived on time, and kept me updated. He called after he left and diagnosed the problem, pointing me in a new direction, as the problem isn't my washer. I can highly recommend Bills Appliance, and will continue to use them for my appliance repair in the future.
