When time came to make my purchase their site didn't allow a Canadian address credit card. I reached out to clarify because the site clearly listed province and postal code as options. They responded that they can't offer payment to Canadian credit cards, even if they were US dollar. I rallied a friend to borrow their card to make payment. Order was placed. They responded to my query with this: "Actually there is not a way I say that because I have used three different CC processing companies in my 35 years owning this business and because of many factors they only accept CC from US banks. Its not about opportunity or challanges or anything else its about the CC processing industry and the banking system neither I control or can change" When i mentioned that it is possible because I have ordered from US companies in the past he responded with: "Ya know what Ill refund your money Buy other companies product im not interested in selling you mine" I responded that I wasn't trying to be difficult, that I was just trying to have a conversation. His response? "Already done brother go buy from Amazon or whatever big company you want to so you can be right I am SOOOOOO over peoples attitude and the BS Your Friend will get a CC refund and confirmation shortly" Here is the kicker, I asked a friend of mine that had purchased this product in the past, and low and behold he sent me the invoice where they sold to a Canadian, on a Canadian Card. So it appears that Mr. Kevin Daniels, the owner who also manages the support email, was either having a bad day, or just doesn't want to bother with helping people other than the ones who frequent his store. My suggestion Kevin would be to either shut down your online store so you can reduce your stress, find someone to manage this portion of your business for you, or find a way to take some customer service courses.
