Tom went above and beyond to find us an incredible deal on a beautifully refurbished Sundance spa and somehow had it delivered and installed the very next day--something that normally takes weeks. From start to finish, Tom was honest, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we got the right hot tub rather than just making a sale. He communicated every step of the way, did exactly what he said he would do, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The quality of their refurbished hot tubs is top-notch, and it's obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, stands behind their work, and truly goes the extra mile for their customers, Tom is the person to call. We couldn't be happier with our Sundance hot tub and the exceptional service we received. Thank you again, Tom!

I want to recommend Obsidian Mosaic and Tile for the exemplary work they did retiling my bathroom…read more First off, they were able to repair my bathroom, which is old and had some water damage. Other tilers that looked at my bathroom hesitated to do the work, but Obsidian Mosaic and Tile made a plan and carried it out. What I loved most about their work was the artistic quality. They helped me flesh out my vision for the bathroom and gave me multiple design options. They listened and applied ideas that I wanted to see implemented and went further to give creative suggestions. When I came home from work during the project, I was astonished at the beauty of the work. For example, a tile pattern was made centered at my window and the niches. And, my marble vanity top was cut to echo the bathtub and extended so that there would be more room. Obsidian Mosaic and Tile was also on point with the fundamentals. They were fair-minded, timely, and excellent communicators. I'm grateful for the work Orlando and Jerman did on my bathroom. It's museum level quality!
