If Yelp allowed 10-star reviews, I would give TNT an 11. Tony and his crew did an amazing job renovating our backyard and giving us our own little oasis. We contracted him for a pool/spa as well as new sprinklers and landscaping, and he and his guys did an outstanding job. He listened to our goals for the backyard, our preferences for the projects, and best of all was his corrections and suggestions based upon his prior work. Tony offered great wisdom throughout the project that has allowed us to enjoy our space even more than we might have if he'd allowed us to make all the final decisions. The true indication of the quality of his work was his willingness to address and correct issues that came up during the project that weren't discussed at the beginning. TNT truly provided a one-stop, all-around service that allowed us to deal with just one person for all our needs. A minor issue (that in no way diminishes the project's value or functionality) has arisen since the pool was completed, and Tony still has his guys coming out to solve the issue. I would highly recommend TNT for any backyard project, even moreso for those looking to have a new pool built. Even better, TNT is now the company servicing the pool they built, and I love the idea of having the same people maintain their own projects. Tony at TNT Pools was extremely helpful, honest, and kind. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate on what we thought was a possible leak, coming from our swimming pools waterfall plumbing line. He took a look and did find a sprinkler line that was leaking and had been buried. We hope that is the cause of the water buildup! After 4+ years of excellent service, this may not be the company you want upkeeping your pool. Antonio is super nice, but he has gone from servicing pools to construction, unfortunately. Over the past few months, I've noticed multiple new employees coming out to service my pool. After the service, I would go look at my pool and still find it dirty. Most recently, I noticed I could not see my pool sweep or drain in my relatively shallow pool (about 6 and a half feet). I let them know of my concern. To their credit, two employees came out and treated my pool for the better part of an hour. However, I pay for a pool service so I do not have to worry about the maintenance of it. I feel like I shouldn't have to inspect my pool weekly to make sure a pool service did their job. Finally, in considering whether or not to switch my pool service, I looked at my last invoices. Over the past year and a half or two, my bill has doubled without any notice (written or phone call). On top of all of that, I noticed extra charges for work that was allegedly done. I imagine that the services (replacement of various pool sweep parts and filter cleaning) were performed, but when I signed the contract, I'm fairly certain it states I would be notified if it was more than a certain amount. I will find the contract and update if I am incorrect. Needless to say, a once happy customer is now going with a new company for pool maintenance. read more

Great service. We called four different pool service companies for a quote to add a timer to our existing pool lights. Three pool service companies said they would send us a quote in a few days. The fourth call I made was to Rodriguez Pool Construction, Antonio listened to what I wanted and said he would be out the same day. Later that day, he came out and wired up our lights to and existing timer that was not being used and got them to work. After seeing the great job done on my friends pool, I hired Rodriguez Pool Service & Repair to replaster and create a new tile design in my 20 year old pool. I also had them install an updated filter/sweep system and fix a broken autofill cup. Okay, so Rodriguez says he will come out and fix his mistakes. I call and leave a message for him to come out and correct his mess and I get no return phone call. Leaving me a message on yelp buddy doesn't help. You put the coupling in wrong, cross threading it and the quick release doesn't release. Its jammed probably due to your bearing too hard down on the coupling house with channel locks and crushing the groves that is designed to quickly release the hose is my guess and ruining that quick release as well. I'm out of town most days and haven't had time to correct your mess. Come out and fix it so we both can move on! You said on yelp you would now please keep your word. Can I fix it? Should I have to? Was hired to keep my pool clean did good the first week got it up and running and looking good I had asked him when I hired him what all was he going to do since he was going to charge me $95 a month he said it included vacuuming and scrubbing the tile and chemical service. Like I said first visit was good after that he would only come for like 10 min enough time to empty the skimmer and through in some chemicals. He told me he would come on Monday or Tuesdays ended up showing up on Thursday or Fridays. I come home right after he came and my skimmer is full so is my sweeper bag.
