He couldn't figure out why our pool was still dirty, but was quick to talk about the pool employee before him. He still even asked for a good yelp review even though the company didn't deliver on any of our requests. They busted our back wash hose and said they would replace it. When I had called about the situation, they said it was on us. Just a deceitful company.

Bryan is a professional from first contact until when your family is enjoying the pool and beyond. Bryan has been selling and building pools here in the Fresno area for several decades and this is obvious when you see his initial design. His care to detail is excellent and follow through is unmatched. When building a pool there are allot of moving parts and your builder is tasked with managing them. There is no such thing as a pool built without hiccups as suppliers, multiple contractors and nature all play a part in making it challenging. Bryan goes above and beyond to manage these "challenges" and is upfront and honest which is all you can really ask for as a customer. Anyway, thank you Bryan, Charlie, and everyone else at Emerald Pools. You can not go wrong having a pool built by this team.

I begged him many times to at least find the problem. Finally, two electricians spent 8 hours and 2000$ to solve the problem.

He…read morewas the only contractor that we contacted that provided a detailed, itemized quote with pictures, along with talking to me in great detail at the time of the quote about the things he would have to do in the yard. I felt like he prepared me well for the process. When we finally decided to put in a pool, it was the spring of 2020, and pool business was just starting to pick up. By the time construction had started on our pool, everyone seemed to be putting in a pool, and all the pool contractors were super busy. Jason kept us informed about what was going on with the progress of the pool, and we understood any delays that popped up. There were a couple of problems that arose during the process, neither of which were the contractors fault, nor our fault, just accidents, but Jason was gracious enough to not charge us extra for fixing these problems. That meant everything to us when we were already spending so much on the pool. Towards the end of the process, we also dealt with John, who is also really great to work with! He did a great job about always contacting us back right away whenever we needed to ask a question. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Stingray Pools!

I called about the water pooling from the rain, they were out within a day to pump it out. Again with the rain, they were out to pump it out the following business day. We have made some changes, and every request is handled within a few hours. They have really bent over backwards for us. They can not control the rain, but they are making this process as painless as they can. Every crew member that has been here has been great, very nice and is willing to answer all my 50,000 questions. This company in my opinion has a high standard for customer service, which is lacking in society these days. Now on to the most important part, the price, can't be beat. I got 6 bids for the pool. I don't know how they do it but, they were the only company to actually LISTEN to what we wanted and come in upwards of 18,000 cheaper! They have made this very unpleasant time bearable with their attention. Thank you freedom pools Update: pool was completed in April! It is seamless! Not one issue. We could not be happier. I meant to update this sooner but simply forgot. What brings it to my attention was a form from the county assessor, 5 almost 6 months after completion. Anyway, I call Ms. Rita, she asked me to send it to her and she would take care of it. Not surprised, it is all dealt with. From start to 6 months after completion, they are still there and on it. Thank you freedom pools for making the dreadful valley summer heat bearable with my gorgeous pool. No nonsense company dedicated to customer service in my opinion.

Freedom Pools, Fresno: 2023 Mar to Sep (2.10)…read more Putting in a swimming pool is a huge project. It took us several years of discussion before we finally took this BIG step. Just like purchasing a house, we went through several different emotions; anxiety, confusion, excitement, fear, nervousness, and absolutely stressed-out. After going over the beginning to the end of this six-month long project, I decided to break the work done by the pool company's in-house crew and average the points for this review. Our 31' X 10' swimming pool took 6-months to complete. The entire six months were filled with stress and anxiety, and we nearly called off the built. Our pool is now completed - in time for the cold season. The break-down of my review is as follows: Freedom Pool owner(s): Owner John (1 of 5) Freedom Pool: Son Brandon (3.5 of 5) Planner/Diggers: Dave & Donny (4 of 5) Cement/Pour crew: Israel, Jose, Jose, Abraham, Mario, Marcus, Saul, Julio (.5 of 5) Cement Cracker/Re-pour: Gustavo and Rogelio (3.5 of 5) Electrical: Joshe & Lie (.5 of 5) The delay and unacceptable work not only caused us time and money, we had to put our life off-track, and reschedule friends and families visit. Our family, friends and neighbors who have been following the flow of this project said I am generous with this review.
