Currently I'm Still waiting for Nicci to return my phone calls. Signature pool was one of my top choices but the customer service I'm receiving now is worrying me to proceed. I would advise others to request for another designer right away if you get Nicci.

It was still under warranty, but it took me weeks of texts, emails, and phone calls, before Pentair finally sent a local company out to look at the pump. Cody, from Pine Ridge Pool Care, Inc came out to look at it. He immediately noticed the issue. Pentair company had installed a refurbished unit that looked like it didn't go through inspection. Cody said he'll check with them before sending the parts that works. The 'drive' was ordered the following week, and Jonathan from Pine Ridge Pool Care came out to change the broken drive. He showed us the drive that was totally mangled. Pine Ridge Pool Care, Inc. saved the pump, and the day. Zero for Pentair and 4 of 5 for Pine Ridge Pool Care, Inc. *Note: Jonathan gave me permission to post his image

Fast forward to today, I reached out because some guy came to service our pool (only knew because I'm home with a sick kid). The owner called me and said we'd been receiving service the whole time (news to us) and he'd like to start over. Then he made it clear he only meets clients before 3 pm through the week, and that it seemed like this wouldn't work. With all of the issues created by lack of communication on the businesses part, all we wanted was to meet face to face for a few minutes to set things up right. At that point, it was clear he didn't want our business. I'm shocked by all of this because the company gets great reviews, but they definitely aren't hurting for clients and their customer service is lackluster at best. We felt like just a number on a page from day 1. Definitely don't recommend this company. It's expensive compared to others and not worth the money based on what we experienced. We ended up having to do all kinds of service and troubleshooting in our own because the tech wasn't doing their job apparently anyways.

You can clearly see they did not maintain our pool well and did not provide us with any communication whatsoever. On top of that, they still want to charge us FULL price for their service even though, clearly they did not fulfill their duties. Our pool is now green and developing black algae. We had to hire someone else for this diagnosis because we have 2 children under the age of 4 who cannot enjoy a swim during this heat we have been having in the Central Valley. Their pool technician goes out every week to service the pool, how can our pool be turning green and how can they fail to communicate with us about why this may be happening? There seems to be no form of customer value or satisfaction within their company. I wish we could resolve this issue, but they did not bother to ask us why we no longer wanted their services, they were quick to collect a payment from us, rather than showing us that they care about having us as their customers. Truly disappointing.

This is not a company you should use Not working on improving your backyard. We contracted with them in in March 2022 to put a cement patio and a nice pool in. It was a very expensive process that we screamed and saved for because it was really important to us that it was done correct correctly. This pool and patio cost us almost 6 figures. It took them a bit to get the project going, not a surprise because a lot of people were building at this time so I understand that there was some delay. However, once they did start going it was clear that their team did not know what they were doing. The design that we agreed on was changed because the salesman we worked with had done the drawing wrong. Because of this, there was additional engineering required that ended up increasing the cost by $7000. The owner said this was discounted from what it would actually cost because he was sorry but it was not an expense we had counted on in our budget.By this point they had started digging so it wasn't like we could just cancel everything. From there, delays continued, communication was spotty at best, the sales guy was fired at some point so communication got even worse. We put in an automatic cover to protect our small children from falling in the pool and they dug the well wrong so they had to redo the concrete later in the process which means we have multiple colors of concrete all from them. When I pointed this out to the owner, he said that eventually it would be the same color. We are in 2026 and as you can see from the pictures there are three different colors of concrete that were poured by the same company during the project. We were not given a discount on the pool, they did some kind of upgrade to the pool equipment but honestly I don't know enough to say it was worth the hassle. As mentioned, we started this process in spring of 2022 and it was not completed until October of that year despite assurances that it would be done by August. It was an incredibly disheartening and frustrating experience that I assume could be avoided by going with another company.

The finished product with the rock wall, tile and wet edge mixed with glass and abalone shells made for a beautiful pool. On top of it, we are having them service the pool weekly. We wouldn't do that if we didn't like them.
