I know the store sometimes gets a bad rap, but I've had great results in the store. The last time I walked in there I dealt with a woman named Michaela. She was absolutely fantastic. I really wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but it really doesn't make sense and she talked me out of it. I also had an Apple Watch well three of them that were connected to an old phone and the wrong watch and I needed it reconnected to a new phone. She spent all the time with me that I needed to get out working she made sure it was working took her time we chatted. She was absolutely brilliant and had other people waiting but she took her time and worked with me. She was great thank you Michaela. It was great working with you. read more

Amazing customer service! Tay at this AT&T store did an amazing job helping us out. She was very thorough and took her time with resolving any issues we had. She was very diligent and even worked after hours to resolve any further issues. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what her customers are experiencing, and she is able to meet their needs effectively. I really do appreciate how hard working and determined she is to make sure that the clients are taken care of. She was also assisted by Quentin who helped in transferring phone plans. He was also very thorough and helped out with all our needs and concerns. Highly recommend this location out of all the ones located in Augusta. read more

It's never fun to have to go into any of these stores, or deal with utilities in general, but this ATT store is a special sort of awful. Disorganized and never fully staffed. Yesterday they literally walked an older woman over to the kiosk and left her there- a customer had to step in to resolve her confusion. I will say when a staff member saw that, they did intervene (she didn't know how much her bill was, but had been left standing there with no help for at least 20 minutes). Will do my absolute best to avoid having to go in there again. read more

Excellent Customer service. Today was excellent and friendly customer service. Loved my Rep- Dana! No hard sales pitch. Assisted picking out phone, service plans and accessories. This service is crap, i had Verizon for several years and a phone i purchased wouldn't work on their network so i had to come to AT&T and what a nightmare. It was piss poor, I called tech support over and over and their answer at one point was "call them when the phone isn't working". I was like AH what? I offered to give the person the location it wasn't working from. I repeatedly got chewin's from family and friends that have been trying to get a hold of me. I would drive and it would just go in and out several time between the house and work. Work was a dead zone. I use to joke and say AT&T doesn't stand for Augusta telephone and telegraph! Just sad service. the service is so poor I barely broke 40 MB of service a month data. read more

I just had an individual in a red and yellow safety vest come to the door demanding to speak to my wife (6:50 pm). Looking around it was apparent that he was walking as there was no vehicle in sight. I asked who he was and what he wanted he refused to tell me saying only that he could only tell my wife. Again I asked who he was and what he wanted he continued to refuse the information, I asked a total of four times. By this time I was very annoyed, I told him he was a jackass and to get lost. At that point he tells me "I'm with ATT you don't need to be rude". Well duh, might have been useful to tell me that in the beginning! Came with my girlfriend to do a simple upgrade. Ended up waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes before we were helped. At first we were put on a waiting list and then removed when we had to make an account change, then told we were put back on, but weren't. I work in retail so I'm usually very patient, but come on, over an hour just to talk to someone? When we finally got someone to help us, he was nice and very helpful. So I guess that's nice. All in all, I hope we don't have to come back or if we do, it's faster than this time. read more

This place is a bit of a mess to get into and out of at times so if you can take a right into and a right out of the place it will be in your best interest. The store feels a bit run down but it does carry all the items you would expect in a cell phone store. We walked in at the perfect moment as we were served immediately. The person helping us was very nice and informative. Unfortunately its AT&T policy that is letting themselves down. I am on a family share plan and listed as a primary with my father. Well if you want to make changes to the plan he has to be there or I have to go home and do it from my own computer. Makes 0 sense. So that sums up the loss of 2 stars, because AT&T policies make no sense read more

Terrible customer service in the store as well as on the phone. Point blank if you are in the Hill or Summerville area of Augusta you WILL NOT get reception with ATT service. This is the same area Augusta State University is located. There is no signal at all here and you will not be able to send or receive calls. You will not be able to use your data in this area. This dead zone is widely known by the ATT but they will try to string you along by telling you that they plan to have a new tower up sometime in the future. T-mobile and Verizon are the only providers that have a strong signal everywhere in the Augusta area. I had to fight tooth and nail to break my 2 year contract with them. I went in today to purchase a phone, the female gatekeeper is no help at all just a waste of company dollars. The other black female was doing a whole lot of nothing, It was one guy at the counter trying to wait on everyone. Sad with my visit today, I usually travel to this location specifically for the great customer care I recieve. Today was not a good experience. No greeting when I entered and was not even put on the wait list till after wandering around for 15 minutes which was my first interaction with a representative. I went in to find a different case for my new cell phone. I started to help myself and found a couple of cases that would possibly work for me. Tried them on my phone and waited to be helped. My daughter dropped my keys down the opening for the cords to the computer. Rep didnt believe me and I had to insist he look harder 3xs before he found them. I asked if there were any other colors of one case and he insisted there was not and then "found" another on the counter. He offered no other cases and gave no input. I wanted input and all I got was a selfserve experience. Dude even had the gall to be on his personal phone. His breath was rank like he forgot to brush his teeth. He was not personal or engaging at all. Stuck with a basic color and no idea if I bought the best case. At least this new case fits.... read more

I have been to quite a few AT&T locations across the USA (long time AT&T customer) and other mobile service locations across the USA and Europe. This location, has by far the worst customer care and management I have ever received. I went in a few months ago and received similar service. I told myself I would give them another chance. I informed the AT&T representative of my situation, in which the representative then informed me I was wrong and proceeded to repeat everything I said differently, essentially blaming me for AT&T's error. He then goes to get the manager, whom I have talked with before. I received the same story, but this time the manager states he will call me back today. That never happened. I ultimately had to call the phone support, in which the representative stated it was AT&T's fault and applied a credit to my account. This AT&T store looks like a popular area, but AT&T really needs to look into the management and customer care of this store, because I have met quite a few faithful AT&T customers who have switched to another service carrier after attending this store. read more
