I took it to the store and received a call within 1 hour that said they would not cover it under warranty as it showed signs of being dropped and that it would be over $200 to fix it. I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! Bottom line if you value having a warranty STAY AWAY. It is too easy for them to decline the warranty service and the customer has no way to challenge their decision.

I brought it here in January of 2025 and was told that I had dropped it. My phone lives a charmed life as have all of my prior Smartphones in an Otterbox Defender case. I have never broken a screen apart from a flip phone 25 years ago. I had them replace the screen and they gave me a lifetime repair warranty. This morning, August 7 2025 I had the same problem with the phone and assumed it was a defective replacement screen. They had the phone for 2 hours, the store manager Ishmael told me that they would likely cover it and to come back in an hour or so. When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid. I paid for a second screen to get my phone clear of this business. Recommend you spread the word or at the very least avoid this business.
