I called and they said that it sounded like the screen might be defective and that they would fix it under warranty as long as it was not showing signs of being dropped or water damage (Neither of these had happened). I took it to the store and received a call within 1 hour that said they would not cover it under warranty as it showed signs of being dropped and that it would be over $200 to fix it. I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! Bottom line if you value having a warranty STAY AWAY. It is too easy for them to decline the warranty service and the customer has no way to challenge their decision.

I have never broken a screen apart from a flip phone 25 years ago. I had them replace the screen and they gave me a lifetime repair warranty. This morning, August 7 2025 I had the same problem with the phone and assumed it was a defective replacement screen. They had the phone for 2 hours, the store manager Ishmael told me that they would likely cover it and to come back in an hour or so. When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid. I paid for a second screen to get my phone clear of this business. Recommend you spread the word or at the very least avoid this business.
