I really couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship here. I think this shop is underrate…read more Amber repaired my hand made, American made stereo power amplifier. Not only did she put up with my whining and crying, she found a part that hasn't been made in about 40 years. She somehow managed to locate the part and completely repaired the amp in just two weeks. IMPRESSED! that would be an understatement! Thank you, Ray

But she stated she has a very good Mac for just a few extra dollars. I was hustled. It's like going to an auto repair shop that is also a used used auto dealership's to get the car repaired. Then they tell you they can saved you some money by selling you a better car than the one you have. I. The paper or on . They tell you all the feature. The best thing since Henry ford came up with the model at. I made an impulse buy. About an hour later tried to return item and was told they do not take returns. Ok I could see if i actually used the computer. But realized we do not buy used electronics especially not one to give to a child. I was told they could not accept as a return but would buy it back for less than I paid. I accepted the terms, begrudgingly so. I did not want the used computer some of my money back was better than none. This is a perfect example of why people go to large corporate companies to do business and we are loosing the local businesses . There customer service policies is not sustainable. I know for a fact I will not patronize this business again. There is no loyalty to repeat customers.

I called and they said that it sounded like the screen might be defective and that they would fix it under warranty as long as it was not showing signs of being dropped or water damage (Neither of these had happened). I took it to the store and received a call within 1 hour that said they would not cover it under warranty as it showed signs of being dropped and that it would be over $200 to fix it. I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! Bottom line if you value having a warranty STAY AWAY. It is too easy for them to decline the warranty service and the customer has no way to challenge their decision.

I brought it here in January of 2025 and was told that I had dropped it. My phone lives a charmed life as have all of my prior Smartphones in an Otterbox Defender case. I have never broken a screen apart from a flip phone 25 years ago. I had them replace the screen and they gave me a lifetime repair warranty. This morning, August 7 2025 I had the same problem with the phone and assumed it was a defective replacement screen. They had the phone for 2 hours, the store manager Ishmael told me that they would likely cover it and to come back in an hour or so. When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid. I paid for a second screen to get my phone clear of this business. Recommend you spread the word or at the very least avoid this business.
