I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid.
