Took the lap top into Office Depot, Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA. Otis was anxious to help me. He said that I would need a replacement part but it was not available in the store. He searched online for a while but had no luck finding the part. He took my contact info and said he would continue searching and would give me a call. About 2 hours later Otis called. Said he could not find the part, but that he had talked with another tech member who thought he might be able to fix my problem. I went back to the store and Rob fixed it!! Took about 10 minutes to unscrew all the screws but after that he was able to put hinge back in place, screw lap top back together and the charge cord plugs right in! I am so happy!
