I know the store sometimes gets a bad rap, but I've had great results in the store. The last time I…read morewalked in there I dealt with a woman named Michaela. She was absolutely fantastic. I really wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but it really doesn't make sense and she talked me out of it. I also had an Apple Watch well three of them that were connected to an old phone and the wrong watch and I needed it reconnected to a new phone. She spent all the time with me that I needed to get out working she made sure it was working took her time we chatted. She was absolutely brilliant and had other people waiting but she took her time and worked with me. She was great thank you Michaela. It was great working with you.

Amazing customer service!…read more Tay at this AT&T store did an amazing job helping us out. She was very thorough and took her time with resolving any issues we had. She was very diligent and even worked after hours to resolve any further issues. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what her customers are experiencing, and she is able to meet their needs effectively. I really do appreciate how hard working and determined she is to make sure that the clients are taken care of. She was also assisted by Quentin who helped in transferring phone plans. He was also very thorough and helped out with all our needs and concerns. Highly recommend this location out of all the ones located in Augusta.

I don't go giving 5 stars unless the business was so good that I would recommend it to anyone…read morewho'll listen. And the way customer service is now days you're lucky to get a thank you from people working cash registers. BUT our experience with Q(Quandarius) was outstanding! He works on Tuesdays, so if you're looking for a new phone or any sort of help, I highly recommend you ask for "Q". My mother has a neighbor that she's been friends with for about 30 years. They are both Korean. My mom speaks perfect English and used to be a translator for court hearings and whenever there's a language barrier, she would get called to help. Well, 3 years ago she had a stroke and barely speaks now. So her neighbor has always relied on her to help when there's a legal matter or something important. She speaks broken English and at times might not understand certain phrases. She's also kind of a hermit. And the whole Covid thing just made her stay home more. She had a Verizon account for many years and an old phone she wanted to upgrade. I say "had" because for a little over 2 weeks she was with AT&T(which she should've never went there) who couldn't understand a word coming out of her mouth and sold her a $700+ Motorola phone that was a prepay when what should've happened was her going to Verizon instead. Did I mention she's almost 80 yrs old? Sometimes she gets confused. So I can't place any blame on AT&T or the fact that she kept the phone a few days too long to get reimbursed. Just so you know, AT&T has some rude people working. The woman that greets people wasn't friendly and that was our first start. I agreed to help our neighbor to re-establish her Verizon account and go home with a cell phone she could use. And so after leaving AT&T and finding out she just lost her money for that prepaid crap, I thought we were doomed. The AT&T store is in front of the mall and the mall is where the Verizon store is located. We met Q and he tried his best to get us up and going, but we ended up having to leave and come back because the neighbor didn't know her account number and she had another phone to bring and get credit for. When we get back, Q was waiting for us and our neighbor got the Mother's Day bundle package. She bought the Google 7 Pro and a watch for less than $600. After getting stuck on a question for the IDme military discount, we decide to go home and finish but was so frustrated my brain hurt. I'm used to an iPhone and that pixel phone is sensitive and after accidentally losing everything I worked on, I just gave up and decided we should go back and let the professionals handle that part and we can be done messing with it. And that's exactly what we did. A pretty brunette helped us and she was very helpful and not bothered with having to help. Customer service there was outstanding and my neighbor is very happy now.
