Kept shewing me and my child out the door and I did absolutely nothing. my child is so good she doesn't fuss or cry and loves people so that was not a factor here. He was on his phone the entire time they were packed with people. When asked to help other customers he said " short staffed " again. IF YOURE THE MANAGER MANDATING THE DOOR IS NOT A PRIORITY. Helping the 9 other customers are. I see you know how to service more than being a door man based on the previous reviews about you. You need to be fired. Your attitude towards people who spend money here needs to be rectified. If it wasn't for Louie stepping in and helping me with a simple question, overriding you in you telling him not to answer my question I would've went to Tmobile immediately. You would've lost 2 customers that day. ON TOP OF US BEING MILITARY. This is absurd. Louis was very well-versed and and articulated the whole entire upgrade so well I was able to actually want to even buy the phone bc I just came from Waynesboro location ready to close my account with the poor service. You need to make Louie manager already. At this point you're doing the company and location a disservice keeping this man in a position he makes a joke of. On camera. I would've added 0 zero stars for Dave and 5 stars if I only was handled by Louie throughout the process.

    I'd give a zero if it was possible, got lured into trying a free trial of the home internet. Got…read morethe equipment relatively quickly, setup and figured out it did not meet my telecommuting needs and called to cancel the day after getting equipment. support person on the phone said the account was cancelled and emailed me a shipping label to return equipment. Mailed everything back tracking shows it was delivered in Texas and received by Tmobile. About a month later I get charged a $50 monthly charge, I call support and another person tells me the a ccount is cancelled and I'll be refunded the $50 that was accidentally charged. now several months later I get a collections notice saying I owe $87. after calling collections and no help from phone support at Tmobile I am instructed to drive to a physical store the kind in store rep. selfies my ID and has to call the Tmobile mothership for help, then puts me on the phone with another person who can't help at all and says they've put it in the system and I should get an email within 2 weeks but is completely unable to give me any documentation of the phone discussion at the time of this in store phone call. I am still waiting for any kind of update. i recommend running the other direction when it comes to Tmobile, I'm happy to update this when the issue is resolved, but I'm not optimistic based on experience so far.

I really wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but it really doesn't make sense and she talked me out of it. I also had an Apple Watch well three of them that were connected to an old phone and the wrong watch and I needed it reconnected to a new phone. She spent all the time with me that I needed to get out working she made sure it was working took her time we chatted. She was absolutely brilliant and had other people waiting but she took her time and worked with me. She was great thank you Michaela. It was great working with you.

She was very diligent and even worked after hours to resolve any further issues. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what her customers are experiencing, and she is able to meet their needs effectively. I really do appreciate how hard working and determined she is to make sure that the clients are taken care of. She was also assisted by Quentin who helped in transferring phone plans. He was also very thorough and helped out with all our needs and concerns. Highly recommend this location out of all the ones located in Augusta.

    They replaced my cracked ipad screen and did a nice job. Several years later a section of the…read morescreen quit responding. I called and they said that it sounded like the screen might be defective and that they would fix it under warranty as long as it was not showing signs of being dropped or water damage (Neither of these had happened). I took it to the store and received a call within 1 hour that said they would not cover it under warranty as it showed signs of being dropped and that it would be over $200 to fix it. I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! Bottom line if you value having a warranty STAY AWAY. It is too easy for them to decline the warranty service and the customer has no way to challenge their decision.

I brought it here in January of 2025 and was told that I had dropped it. My phone lives a charmed life as have all of my prior Smartphones in an Otterbox Defender case. I have never broken a screen apart from a flip phone 25 years ago. I had them replace the screen and they gave me a lifetime repair warranty. This morning, August 7 2025 I had the same problem with the phone and assumed it was a defective replacement screen. They had the phone for 2 hours, the store manager Ishmael told me that they would likely cover it and to come back in an hour or so. When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid. I paid for a second screen to get my phone clear of this business. Recommend you spread the word or at the very least avoid this business.
