On the most recent visit my screen on my Samsung S10 had broken and I was unable to see what was going on with my phone, though it was still apparently working, somewhere under that DARK AND BLANK SCREEN FROM HELL! Anyway, Heather took my replacement phone and my broken neck-twisted from the exorcism old phone and was able to transfer all my files, messages, contacts and everything over. She told me and my wife to go ahead and go grab a bite or a drink and she would have all the files from my old BETELGEUSE transferred over to the new one and would call my wife's phone when done. We went back after she called and my new phone was ready. She also let me leave the DEMONSPAWN there so she could reset it to factory setting so when I sent it back to DANTES 9TH LEVEL OF HELL it would be wiped clean. It was truly a battle of epic proportions between Heather the Screenfixing Angel vs THE DEMON FROM CELL-HELL. They even had my new screen-guard put on when I picked up my phone. Final score: Heather with Screenfixing 1 GREEN-VOMIT-SPEWING SPAWN FROM HADES 0

They could not guarantee that I would get it in less than a week before my travel time however, I got a call a day after dropping it off that it was ready for pick up and it was a motherboard issue. I was very pleased for the prompt turnaround, and it was extremely cost-effective, and as promised, the diagnostic fee was included in the total cost. Quincy helped me out and he was really great and patient and even waited for me to leave the office so that I could pick it up on the way home from work. I will be back with my other laptops to get diagnosed and repaired!

Easy, Peasy Cellairis location!…read more ++ Ambiance is Atlantic Station outdoor mall. This Cellairis is a permanent storefront with direct ingress and egress to outside. It's clean and organized. They wear masks and currently Atlanta's mayor requires all shops to do so. Here, no one was fidgeting with their masks and then touching customers' phones. There was only one other customer here and so practicing social distancing was easy. + Cellairis is an Atlanta based franchise that sells cell accessories and repairs cell phone screens. I have a screen and case warranty with Cellairis and last weekend, I needed to replace my phone tempered glass and case. After dealing with the Cumberland Mall Cellairis cluster, I called this location and they (Sam) confirmed they had several cases in stock for my phone. ++ Services vary among different locations. While their Cumberland Mall location was the worst I've experienced, this Atlantic Station Cellairis was awesome! I don't frequent Atlantic Station often and Sam the man provided directions and parking instructions. It was easy to find them and Sam greeted me upon my arrival. Sam took my warranty info and helped me pick out the color for my case. Literally, Sam took care of the entire replacement in 5 minutes! So NICE! + Parking is underground free for first 2 hours and street is metered, patrolled and ticketed. Phone repairs and accessories are a necessary part of our existence and Sam at this Atlantic Station made it painless! I purchased two C to C phone cables from this business four days ago. I ended up not needing them…read moreand came back two days later with my receipt to return them. The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. I don't fault his policy, but his failure to be up front about it at time of purchase is poor business practice. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/resources/running-a-business/writing-store-return-policy/
