He read the letter quickly and gave me an explanation. Told me it would be better to call VZW customer service directly. This store wasn't busy, but very large and probably gets very busy at times. I would return here, though it isn't close to home and there is a closer VZW Corporate store to work. Recommend going here, staff seemed pleasant and laid back. Might be different in a sales situation, but I did not visit for that purpose.

I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value. I appreciate that, although late, the business did come through for us.
