If I could add a zero star I would! This complaint starts from customer NO SUPPORT! To this location as well . If I'm making sense . Because I'm so livid at this point it's taking a lot for me to remain positive and concise . Initially I requested to exchange my phone number for a new number. Not a new phone , not an additional line . A NEW PHONE NUMBER!!! I have received two additional phones on my account without my knowledge, but the phones do not physically exist which brings me to 4 phones on my account . I have been on the chat line 4 times , I have spoken directly to customer NO SERVICE by phone about 6 times !! Explaining it was only supposed to be a new phone number swap which is free. Wait for it ! Then the rep disconnected my phone and I couldn't make any calls . Ha !! This all happened in a span of two days . Ok , since the reps do not speak or understand clear English, not even by chat . I went to the nearest AT&T store. This location . The rep. restored the phone service and swapped out the old PHONE NUMBER for a NEW PHONE NUMBER . The old number was to be removed . Supposedly . Wait for it ! I get a text message 1 week later with a bill extremely high and congratulating me on the new phone . What phone ? The old number was never removed . This is how I ended up with 4 phone lines and two physical phones. What sense does this make? I was standing in front of the rep and he was an American. Which spoke clear English and he still didn't satisfy my concerns. Yesterday , July 8, 2026 a rep by the name of Peter called me apologizing for the confusion. He said , he didn't understand the notes on my account and wanted to know which phone number is to be deleted ? I hate to use the word pissed , but I have reached to the extent of being pissed off . What ? Once again for the millionth time I explained the situation. He repeated my request back to me more than 5 times to make sure I felt he understood. Later that day . I received a text that the 90.00 charge was removed and the old phone number will be removed on the next billing cycle . The bill still looks relatively high for 2 phones . How do I know that I'm not being charged a hidden fee for something I didn't request? I've been with AT&T as a customer when it was doing business as Bell South Mobility. Decades ago ! Probably 30 years or more . Is it time for me to leave ? Cell service shouldn't be this expensive anyway , but at least provide the customers care I deserve ! Store manager gave false information on trade-in on an iphone saying that my upgrade still reqiured to pay off the rest of the phone. after reviewing AT&T online was able to get the upgrade and do the trade in without the BS of some pay off. After calling the store about the situation they're only reasoning was that it my have been some sort of "glitch" on the stores end....doubt that. I guess it is more of a way for them to get their commission check. Basically just do all your business with getting a phone online. read more

I am leaving a review while sitting in the parking lot. If the girl that helped me today wasn't so sweet, I would have given a lot lower rating. But she was wonderful. Fred, on the other hand, not so much. He helped me purchase a new phone the other day. He was not very helpful or nice while I was there. Then today, I came in to have them help me set up my phone because his directions were not helpful. When I walked in, he just looked up and did not acknowledge me at all. I said "I just need help setting up my phone." He looked me in the eye and told me to sit down and someone would help me soon. It wasn't a nice "sit down" either. As the sweet girl helped me, I noticed him happily greet every other customer that walked in. Signed them in with a smile. I'm a little confused why I was not greeted in the same manor? I am convinced that Sprint has an evil plan to piss off their customers one at at time. So when I realized that my contract was over, and I could switch to the almighty Iphone...I did just that. And I did it IMMEDIATELY. I went to this store to get everything set up. After visiting this place 3-4 times for various issues, I realized these are some of the friendliest most helpful mofo's ever. Today I went for a simple issue. I didnt have my charger, and my phone was dead..so I needed to charge it. I was greeted with a friendly greeting, and immediately helped. While my phone charged, I brought in my laptop to do some work. I was interrupted 2x....one time an associate made a quick joke about the Yankees cap that I was wearing...the other time one of the employees suggested that I turn off my blue tooth on my mac so all my information was not available... Helpful/kind/funny..for no reason at all. Although the service with AT&T sucks, the employees are incredible, and never give me any grief. Keep up the good work. read more

My LG phone (which I loved) was not functioning at all. It was heating up and would not hold a charge. I decided on another LG but was told by an AT&T store manager (Woodstock, GA) that LG was retiring from the cell phone business. I am not interested in iPhone so my daughter convinced me to get a Samsung. The replacement from the insurance company was a Samsung Galaxy S10e. When I received the phone, I knew right away it was not for me. The phone was nice, aesthetically and had excellent features; however, the model was way too small for my liking. I called the store in Acworth, GA and spoke with Natalie. She asked me to describe what I needed in a phone and she provided me with quite a few options. She checked me in and since I only needed the simple task of adding insurance to my new phone, she helped me out herself. Store is well organized with approachable employees. I think the cable is bad." SERIOUSLY??!!?? If you weren't going to charge one up, then WHY did you LIE about it waste my time??? It's a DEAD phone. Check them once in a while. Charge them up. I didn't have a pleasant experience at this location in the slightest. We were "helped" by 2 staff members. The first of which forgot about us and left us sitting around for about 45 minutes and the second, the manager, talked to us for about 10 minutes and then couldn't help us further because of a glitch in the AT&T system that he didn't know how to get past. He then proceeded to give us a number we could call and just left us there to call. Never checked on us, never offered to call himself. We've been in the store going on 2.5 hours now. i just went in to at&t in acworth, I have to say Nicki was awesome. I got my kids the new Iphone7 and she was great but then I went there last night and was completely ignored and when I did get help from Justin he was in a hurry to help someone else because I was not buying anything. he put my kids protective screens on their phones and they are on crooked and i asked him if they could put a new one on and he said only if they break it and that it was put on straight. he went on to another customer before we where done and my daughters phone was not activated. i went up to the cashier area and was ignored. they looked at me but nothing. I said out loud wow you get no help here unless you are buying something so they can get a commision from sales. my son went up there and asked for help they where rude and one guy looked at a lady he was helping and said do you mind they cant figure out anything on there own.
