If I could add a zero star I would! This complaint starts from customer NO SUPPORT! To this location as well . If I'm making sense . Because I'm so livid at this point it's taking a lot for me to remain positive and concise . Initially I requested to exchange my phone number for a new number. Not a new phone , not an additional line . A NEW PHONE NUMBER!!! I have received two additional phones on my account without my knowledge, but the phones do not physically exist which brings me to 4 phones on my account . I have been on the chat line 4 times , I have spoken directly to customer NO SERVICE by phone about 6 times !! Explaining it was only supposed to be a new phone number swap which is free. Wait for it ! Then the rep disconnected my phone and I couldn't make any calls . Ha !! This all happened in a span of two days . Ok , since the reps do not speak or understand clear English, not even by chat . I went to the nearest AT&T store. This location . The rep. restored the phone service and swapped out the old PHONE NUMBER for a NEW PHONE NUMBER . The old number was to be removed . Supposedly . Wait for it ! I get a text message 1 week later with a bill extremely high and congratulating me on the new phone . What phone ? The old number was never removed . This is how I ended up with 4 phone lines and two physical phones. What sense does this make? I was standing in front of the rep and he was an American. Which spoke clear English and he still didn't satisfy my concerns. Yesterday , July 8, 2026 a rep by the name of Peter called me apologizing for the confusion. He said , he didn't understand the notes on my account and wanted to know which phone number is to be deleted ? I hate to use the word pissed , but I have reached to the extent of being pissed off . What ? Once again for the millionth time I explained the situation. He repeated my request back to me more than 5 times to make sure I felt he understood. Later that day . I received a text that the 90.00 charge was removed and the old phone number will be removed on the next billing cycle . The bill still looks relatively high for 2 phones . How do I know that I'm not being charged a hidden fee for something I didn't request? I've been with AT&T as a customer when it was doing business as Bell South Mobility. Decades ago ! Probably 30 years or more . Is it time for me to leave ? Cell service shouldn't be this expensive anyway , but at least provide the customers care I deserve ! I will be writing a complaint to corporate . How is it that a communications company lack communication and comprehension? read more

Store manager gave false information on trade-in on an iphone saying that my upgrade still reqiured to pay off the rest of the phone. after reviewing AT&T online was able to get the upgrade and do the trade in without the BS of some pay off. After calling the store about the situation they're only reasoning was that it my have been some sort of "glitch" on the stores end....doubt that. I guess it is more of a way for them to get their commission check. Basically just do all your business with getting a phone online. read more

Horrible service, the staff looks like they rather die than get up from their little sofa to help you and when you do get them to help you.. all you get is attitude. read more

The last three times in this location I was met by the rudest staff ever. Thinking about leaving AT&T altogether after being with them for 40 years!! read more

Me:I would like to review my account and see if I can add on phones or do upgrades? Clerk: We don't have time to do that. I left. 2nd visit: Me. I can't receive calls on my new phone. Clerk: It's because of the Nashville bombing. Me: Called technical support-problem fixed in 20 minutes. My deduction: NEVER NEVER NEVER even step a foot in this place with their totally useless employees. read more

I am leaving a review while sitting in the parking lot. If the girl that helped me today wasn't so sweet, I would have given a lot lower rating. But she was wonderful. Fred, on the other hand, not so much. He helped me purchase a new phone the other day. He was not very helpful or nice while I was there. Then today, I came in to have them help me set up my phone because his directions were not helpful. When I walked in, he just looked up and did not acknowledge me at all. I said "I just need help setting up my phone." He looked me in the eye and told me to sit down and someone would help me soon. It wasn't a nice "sit down" either. As the sweet girl helped me, I noticed him happily greet every other customer that walked in. Signed them in with a smile. I'm a little confused why I was not greeted in the same manor? Coming from someone who's father was in telecommunications since the beginning, it's not a good look to treat customers with such disrespect, Fred :) read more

We had to get a new phone today for my grandmother and had exceptional service! The Manager, I believe his name is T, was a great help and our salesman William was awesome as well. The atmosphere was perfect and they were a joy to work with. read more

I walked into the store about 15 min ago and the guy here working never acknowledged me as he was helping someone else. Which is understandable, but he NEVER acknowledged me being here. This is the absolute worst customer servive EVER. This dude does not need to be working her and you guys should be more selective about who you hire and put into public places. Oh and one star is an over statement. read more

The assistant was rude and tried to sell me insurance. Never going back to this location. Didn't even want to give it one star. What a jerk. He was arrogant and assumed I didn't have authorization for my account based on my name. I have a man's name. He should have asked me first before he started acting like I'd stolen the phone. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Horrible experience. AT&T should be embarrassed by his sales technique. Very aggressive. read more

I just had a great experience at the AT&T store in Acworth. I was ready to change from AT&T then sat down with Jeff Perlin and he explained my bill and didn't try to sell me everything they had. I definitely recommend him. Thank you read more

worked with Maiai on 3 seedless upgrades. She was so professional and smart!

I am convinced that Sprint has an evil plan to piss off their customers one at at time. So when I realized that my contract was over, and I could switch to the almighty Iphone...I did just that. And I did it IMMEDIATELY. I went to this store to get everything set up. After visiting this place 3-4 times for various issues, I realized these are some of the friendliest most helpful mofo's ever. Today I went for a simple issue. I didnt have my charger, and my phone was dead..so I needed to charge it. I was greeted with a friendly greeting, and immediately helped. While my phone charged, I brought in my laptop to do some work. I was interrupted 2x....one time an associate made a quick joke about the Yankees cap that I was wearing...the other time one of the employees suggested that I turn off my blue tooth on my mac so all my information was not available... Helpful/kind/funny..for no reason at all. Although the service with AT&T sucks, the employees are incredible, and never give me any grief. Keep up the good work. read more

I was scammed by Andrew. I have been trying to get him to help me resolve the issue since September. I have a copy of what I was quoted, $112 for 3 lines. Now I'm being charged $180 and the watch that was supposed to be the 3rd line doesn't even work. read more

5 min after close store still full of people 3 employees looked at me, refused to acknowledge I was there and ignored me. All I needed was a simm card they didn't have to be so rude. Come out and say I can't help you but at least pretend like you care. I have 7 lines with ATT thinking I need to go see Sprint read more

AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Acworth, Georgia

My LG phone (which I loved) was not functioning at all. It was heating up and would not hold a charge. I decided on another LG but was told by an AT&T store manager (Woodstock, GA) that LG was retiring from the cell phone business. I am not interested in iPhone so my daughter convinced me to get a Samsung. The replacement from the insurance company was a Samsung Galaxy S10e. When I received the phone, I knew right away it was not for me. The phone was nice, aesthetically and had excellent features; however, the model was way too small for my liking. I called the store in Acworth, GA and spoke with Natalie. She asked me to describe what I needed in a phone and she provided me with quite a few options. She told me the hours of the store and even let me know which day she would be working so she could help me directly. This is what I consider VIP-Exceptional service. Thanks Natalie! read more

Store was considerably busy yet very efficient. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Camilia (hope I spelled it right girl!). She checked me in and since I only needed the simple task of adding insurance to my new phone, she helped me out herself. Store is well organized with approachable employees. Atmosphere lends itself to being relaxing with their nice choices in music. This will definitely be my go to AT&T location. read more

AT&T Store - Location on end cap in Target parking lot - Mobile Phones Near Me - Acworth, Georgia

I had a billing issue and Marlana worked diligently getting the issue corrected. She was persistent and overcame every obstacle that the loyalty department threw at her. I appreciate her being my customer advocate. Thank you Marlana! read more

Went in to get an upgrade for a sim. Waited for a few minutes without a single acknowledgement or welcome. So, I left. Worst staff I have ever seen. Will take a lot for me to go back here. Update. They are getting better. Phone availability is driving me back. read more

Do NOT go there! They are a bunch of liars. You will be told that you are getting a phone for free and then you will be billed for it. The manager will swear to fix it and give you a bogus business card. The bill never gets fixed, the AT&T loyalty department won't do anything about it and you will be stuck paying for a phone when you didn't expect to. Trust me, don't go. Go to Verizon! read more

ALL I wanted to do was be able to play with a couple new phones to decide which one I wanted to buy. That's it. But the one I most wanted to try out was DEAD. And I told them that.....when they FINALLY acknowledged my existence after I'd been there for 10 minutes. Seriously....not even a greeting. So...when I told the young man (I don't know his name), "Hey, I know you're closing in 45 min, but all I want to do is look at a couple of phones and make a final decision....then I'll come back earlier another day or make an appointment.....BUT this phone is dead. He said, "Oh, OK...I'll get one charged up for you". 20 minutes later....NOTHING. So, I said, "Excuse me, are you able to charge this up or what? He said, "Ummm....yeah, it must be a technical issue. I think the cable is bad." SERIOUSLY??!!?? If you weren't going to charge one up, then WHY did you LIE about it waste my time??? It's a DEAD phone. Check them once in a while. Charge them up. If the cable is bad, ATTACH A NEW ONE!!! YOU'RE AT&T!! YOU'RE A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY!!! DON'T ACT LIKE THE COMPANY CAN'T AFFORD A CABLE OR YOU DON'T KNOW HOW CHARGE A PHONE. QUIT BEING LAZY!!! People come in ALL THE TIME to try out the phones. You want to charge people HUNDREDS of dollars for a phone, but don't have one charged up and available to try out??? That's ridiculous!!! Time to buy my phone elsewhere because this is NOT acceptable. I've been an AT&T customer for almost a decade, but....if these are the type of people who represent your company, and you're OK with that, and those are your standards, it's time to shop elsewhere. And I KNOW you make commission, so YOU lose. read more

Not impressed with the used car tactics they use to try to explain why for a phone that is 199.99 is 25.00 a month and if you want to pay it off in 3 months it's 567.00. Smh uh, What? read more

This store has the friendliest staff. Keith was super helpful and patient, they offered everyone waiting waters. Great store!!!

They are the worst service ever. First, they promise you high speeds and it never gets the speed your paying for. Dropped calls and horrible customer experience. I traded in 5 iPhone 8' and an 8+ all in excellent condition. They credited my account and then removed the credit and sent me a bill for over my actual bill amount and suspended my services when they owe me money. read more

Spent the past week on the phone with AT&T and in the Ansley Mall store where I got my iPhone and nobody had a clue how to help me with the trade in. Came to this store and Nate got me what I needed! Thanks guys! read more

I didn't have a pleasant experience at this location in the slightest. We were "helped" by 2 staff members. The first of which forgot about us and left us sitting around for about 45 minutes and the second, the manager, talked to us for about 10 minutes and then couldn't help us further because of a glitch in the AT&T system that he didn't know how to get past. He then proceeded to give us a number we could call and just left us there to call. Never checked on us, never offered to call himself. We've been in the store going on 2.5 hours now. Would not recommend. read more

i just went in to at&t in acworth, I have to say Nicki was awesome. I got my kids the new Iphone7 and she was great but then I went there last night and was completely ignored and when I did get help from Justin he was in a hurry to help someone else because I was not buying anything. he put my kids protective screens on their phones and they are on crooked and i asked him if they could put a new one on and he said only if they break it and that it was put on straight. he went on to another customer before we where done and my daughters phone was not activated. i went up to the cashier area and was ignored. they looked at me but nothing. I said out loud wow you get no help here unless you are buying something so they can get a commision from sales. my son went up there and asked for help they where rude and one guy looked at a lady he was helping and said do you mind they cant figure out anything on there own.
