Jose and his team offered a very competitive quote and were able to start right away as I was some time pressure to complete. Jose and the team came in and completed it promptly and even had to redo a section after some feedback from myself but was very attentive and able to accommodate to my needs and vision I had in my head. Overall Jose and his team were great and I would highly recommend them and their work for any projects you have in mind. I would also like to add that I additionally hired Jose to do a pick up trash job and again Jose and his team were able to accommodate my time, offer competitive pricing. This job went smoothly and they were able to haul everything we agreed on with minimal interaction from myself. Great job all around from the J&L team!

They smoked on my property, tossed cigarette butts in my driveway, and left empty Modelo cans in my trash. Totally unprofessional. Jose had zero control over his crew, left his tools here for weeks like if it was free storage, and fed me excuse after excuse about coming back to fix things. He promised a reimbursement, then completely ghosted me. Now I'm paying someone else to fix the disaster he left behind. Don't waste your time or money, find literally anyone else.

It was very scratched up from their dogs and needed to be replaced. After two days, a $400 rented jackhammer and very sore backs, we were only halfway through demo. I found Surface Solutions online. I explained we had a very short timeframe because we wanted to replace the floor before the movers arrive with our furniture. Their crew arrived 2 days later. They were thorough and courteous. They removed the laminate, scraped up the adhesive, and removed all the debris. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to remove flooring!

There was water in his bedroom, laundry room, and in the garage below. I quickly searched the internet and came across Resicom. I would normally research a lot of companies, but I felt like I needed someone as soon as possible. It occurred at 8:00 on a Thursday night and they arrived 2 hours later at 10:00pm. Wes was very calming and reassuring. He assessed the situation and set up fans in the affected area and took a lot of pictures for insurance purposes. He was done at midnight. At 8:00 the next morning they were there laying down protective paper and had started removing flooring and drywall from the affected area. They finished the job on the second day and kept the fans on the affected area. By Monday the fans had done their job and were removed. When the insurance adjuster arrived a week after the incident occurred, Wes was there and made her job much easier because he had already provided me with costs for the remediation and an estimate for the restoration. Everything was very thorough and the adjuster was there less than an hour. It is now time for the restoration and I will also use Resicom. If you have water damage in your home, I highly recommend Resicom.

The project was estimated to be completed in December of 2020 but was not completed until the end of February or March 2021. We understand Covid caused some delays but for weeks no one showed up to our place to continue work or provided updates to us regarding what is going on. We had to contact REsicom multiple times to figure out a status. Towards of the end of the project I had to ask the project manager if it can be completed asap or to complete the flooring in our master bedroom because I had back surgery scheduled and could not sleep in my guest room or on the floor any longer. Fast forward to the beginning of this year, we noticed that the flooring in our master bathroom is popping up and the grout is cracking in different areas. I do not believe this should be happening after less than a year of time. We attempted to contact REsicom for months and left voicemails with no success. Not sure what's going on or if this is normal practice for the business.

MY FIRST REVIEW EVER ON YELP!…read more unprofessional, insulting, and rude Called them to come clean our white couch which was only six months old. Once he arrived he continuously repeated and reminded me of how dirty the couch was and that making it look perfect was mostly unlikely. Later on I learned that he was using this as a tactic to justify a poor job after completion perhaps; or another way to "up sale" which I wasn't aware of at a time! Now keep in mind that we live in a $3 million dollar exceptionally clean property with adult children and no pet on our furniture policy due to allergies. After payment he said that once the sectional dries, that he would be glad to come back and touch up any area that needed additional attention. 4 days later I text him asking him to come and touch up a few areas. He came out days after. Upon arriving: 1) He stated that there was a 48 hour rule for him to come back for free which was NEVER mentioned (it took 48 hours for couch/sectional to dry in order for me to see if needed a touch up!) 2) He said that he will charge me again for needing to touch up and to come back (never mentioned). As a matter of fact the way he separated himself from other companies initially was that they would come back in case touchups were needed once the upholstery had dried. 3) Told me that free touch ups include me needing to purchase a membership which was never brought up! 4) Once I reiterated what he had said originally and suggested that he provides some sort of reviewed agreement about the above terms as a "leave behind"with the customer for customer service purposes... 5) He began insulting me, telling me that I have "no common sense" and should learn how to run a business! I asked him to get out!!
